基于系統(tǒng)論視角的華南理工大學(xué)網(wǎng)絡(luò)高等教育教學(xué)管理研究

【摘要】: 我國自1999年開展網(wǎng)絡(luò)高等教育以來,規(guī)模迅速擴大,網(wǎng)絡(luò)大學(xué)人數(shù)累計已經(jīng)超過300萬。網(wǎng)絡(luò)高等教育給每位學(xué)習(xí)者提供全新的學(xué)習(xí)機會的同時,卻帶來了教學(xué)質(zhì)量的大幅度滑坡,其關(guān)鍵是網(wǎng)絡(luò)高等教育的教學(xué)管理不到位,制度不完善,對教學(xué)過程缺乏有效控制等。網(wǎng)絡(luò)高等教育教學(xué)管理是網(wǎng)絡(luò)高等教育大系統(tǒng)中的一個子系統(tǒng),是大學(xué)網(wǎng)絡(luò)教育學(xué)院管理的重要組成部分,是網(wǎng)絡(luò)教育學(xué)院管理的核心,也是網(wǎng)絡(luò)高等教育質(zhì)量控制的中心,更是教學(xué)質(zhì)量的重要保障,其管理水平的高低,直接關(guān)系到教學(xué)質(zhì)量的好壞。如何有效提高網(wǎng)絡(luò)高等教育教學(xué)管理的水平,使管理規(guī)范化、現(xiàn)代化,切實保障教學(xué)目標的實現(xiàn),論文結(jié)合作者多年從事網(wǎng)絡(luò)高等教育教學(xué)管理的經(jīng)驗與思考,以華南理工大學(xué)(簡為“華工”,下同)網(wǎng)絡(luò)教育學(xué)院為研究對象,從網(wǎng)絡(luò)高等教育教學(xué)管理的基本概念和特點入手,依據(jù)現(xiàn)代遠程教育理論、現(xiàn)代學(xué)習(xí)理論和系統(tǒng)管理論的原則,以馬克思主義認識論的基本原理為指導(dǎo),通過查閱文獻,問卷調(diào)查,實地調(diào)研、觀察和座談走訪等方式,對目前華工網(wǎng)絡(luò)高等教育教學(xué)管理中出現(xiàn)的主要問題進行深入分析,提出運用系統(tǒng)論的觀點和方法,從系統(tǒng)論視角,對網(wǎng)絡(luò)高等教育教學(xué)管理系統(tǒng)的輸入、過程和輸出各要素進行考查和分析,構(gòu)建科學(xué)合理的教學(xué)管理系統(tǒng)模型,并在此模型基礎(chǔ)上,從提高網(wǎng)絡(luò)教育學(xué)院教學(xué)管理水平的控制措施,提高網(wǎng)絡(luò)教育學(xué)院教學(xué)管理系統(tǒng)輸入因子的素質(zhì),提高網(wǎng)絡(luò)教育學(xué)院教學(xué)管理系統(tǒng)的過程保證,提高網(wǎng)絡(luò)教育學(xué)院教學(xué)管理系統(tǒng)輸出因子的科學(xué)管理和監(jiān)控,以及提高網(wǎng)絡(luò)教育學(xué)院教學(xué)管理系統(tǒng)的信息反饋管理等幾個方面提出具體的解決對策。 論文首先介紹了研究的背景和意義,研究思路、方法,以及研究現(xiàn)狀;接著闡述了網(wǎng)絡(luò)高等教育教學(xué)管理的基本理念、特征和內(nèi)容,并與傳統(tǒng)高等教育教學(xué)管理進行了比較分析,重點介紹了網(wǎng)絡(luò)高等教育教學(xué)管理的理論基礎(chǔ);然后歸納總結(jié)了華南理工大學(xué)網(wǎng)絡(luò)高等教育教學(xué)管理的現(xiàn)狀,并對存在的問題進行深入系統(tǒng)的分析;最后從系統(tǒng)的角度,引入系統(tǒng)論的觀點和方法來探究提高華工網(wǎng)絡(luò)高等教育教學(xué)管理水平的解決對策。
[Abstract]:Since our country launched the network higher education in 1999, the scale expands rapidly, the accumulative total number of the network university already exceeded 3 million. While providing every learner with new learning opportunities, network higher education has brought a great decline in teaching quality. The key is that the teaching management of network higher education is not in place and the system is not perfect. Lack of effective control over the teaching process. The teaching management of network higher education is a subsystem of the network higher education system, an important part of the management of the college of network education, the core of the management of the network education college, and the center of the quality control of the network higher education. It is also an important guarantee of teaching quality, and its management level is directly related to the quality of teaching. How to effectively improve the level of teaching management of network higher education, make the management standardized, modernized, and ensure the realization of teaching objectives, the paper combines the author's experience and thinking in teaching management of network higher education for many years. Taking the Institute of Network Education of South China University of Science and Technology ("Chinese worker") as the research object, starting with the basic concepts and characteristics of the teaching management of network higher education, according to the theory of modern distance education, The principles of modern learning theory and system management theory are guided by the basic principles of Marxist epistemology, and through consulting documents, questionnaires, field investigations, observation and interviews, etc. This paper makes a deep analysis of the main problems in the teaching management of China's network higher education, and puts forward the views and methods of using the system theory to input the teaching management system of the network higher education from the perspective of the system theory. The process and output factors are examined and analyzed, and a scientific and reasonable teaching management system model is constructed. On the basis of this model, the control measures to improve the teaching management level of network education colleges are proposed. To improve the quality of the input factors of the teaching management system of the network education college, to improve the process guarantee of the teaching management system of the network education college, and to improve the scientific management and monitoring of the output factors of the teaching management system of the network education college. This paper also puts forward some concrete countermeasures to improve the information feedback management in the teaching management system of the network education college. The paper first introduces the background and significance of the research, research ideas, methods, and research status quo, and then describes the basic concepts, characteristics and contents of the teaching management of network higher education. And then compared with the traditional teaching management of higher education, this paper mainly introduces the theoretical basis of network higher education teaching management, and then summarizes the current situation of network higher education teaching management in South China University of Technology. Finally, from the system point of view, the author introduces the viewpoint and method of system theory to explore the solutions to improve the teaching management level of Chinese higher education on network.
