【摘要】：本文以廣東省的實踐與理論研究為例,回顧了我國民辦教育發(fā)展與思想解放的五個階段,并由此指出,未來我國民辦教育要取得更大發(fā)展,必須再來一次思想大解放,要落實《民辦教育促進法》已經(jīng)確認的民辦教育是"社會主義教育事業(yè)"、是"社會的公益性事業(yè)"這一政治與法律地位,并制訂相應的配套政策,保障民辦學校應有的"同等法律地位"的國民待遇。
[Abstract]:Taking the practice and theoretical research of Guangdong Province as an example, this paper reviews the five stages of the development and ideological emancipation of private education in China, and points out that in order to achieve greater development of private education in the future, we must have another great emancipation of thought. It is necessary to implement the political and legal status of "socialist education" and "public welfare cause", which has been confirmed by the Law on the Promotion of Private Education, and formulate corresponding supporting policies. Private schools should be guaranteed the "equal legal status" of the national treatment.
