【摘要】：為了提升青少年面對(duì)逆境、面對(duì)挫折的適應(yīng)力、迎接成長(zhǎng)挑戰(zhàn)的能力,香港開(kāi)展了抗逆力研究及輔導(dǎo)工作,"成長(zhǎng)的天空"計(jì)劃是比較系統(tǒng)的一項(xiàng)抗逆力輔導(dǎo)服務(wù)。抗逆力對(duì)青少年的成長(zhǎng)起著關(guān)鍵的作用,抗逆力輔導(dǎo)工作提供了一種優(yōu)勢(shì)視角,從系統(tǒng)介入的角度,建構(gòu)青少年的支援網(wǎng)絡(luò)。該計(jì)劃的理念、提出的背景、內(nèi)容、運(yùn)作等情況,對(duì)內(nèi)地青少年輔導(dǎo)工作的進(jìn)一步發(fā)展和完善有著多方面的啟示及參考借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:To enhance the resilience of young people to adversity, to meet setbacks and to meet the challenges of growth, Hong Kong has carried out research and counselling work on resistance to stress. The growing Sky Project is a more systematic counselling service for resistance to stress, which plays a key role in the growth of young people, and provides an advantageous perspective for the development of young people. The concept, background, content and operation of the plan have many implications for the further development and improvement of the guidance work for young people in the mainland.
