自主性與減輕測試焦慮感

隨著人文主義和認知科學的發(fā)展,人們越來越注重學習者在外語學習中的中心地位。不僅注重他們的學習需求,而且注重他們的情感需求。測試焦慮感作為一種普遍存在的消極心理因素,影響著受試者的測試行為和測試結(jié)果。這和人文主義觀點背道而馳。因此研究者應(yīng)當對其有足夠的重視,并將其降至最低限度。 本文從測試設(shè)計者的角度出發(fā),研究增加受試者的自主選擇性是否有助于降低他們的焦慮感。在認知-注意理論和信息利用假說的基礎(chǔ)上,本文作者設(shè)計了自我適應(yīng)性測試,給予受試者較多自主選擇性,分別施用于閱讀測試和寫作測試。實驗結(jié)果支持作者的假設(shè),即自主選擇性有助于減輕受試者的測試焦慮感,改善他們的測試行為,使測試結(jié)果更真實有效的體現(xiàn)受試者的語言能力,而且男女生均有不同程度的獲益。
