【摘要】：學(xué)校組織變革是所有學(xué)校成長過程中必須經(jīng)歷的,其變革原理與其他組織變革相差無幾,均事關(guān)組織的生存發(fā)展。但是,我國大部分學(xué)校管理人員尚未意識(shí)到學(xué)校組織變革的重要性,有些學(xué)校雖然正著手進(jìn)行改革,但卻缺乏頂層設(shè)計(jì);有些學(xué)校的組織變革與自身實(shí)際相脫節(jié),導(dǎo)致改革無效;還有一些學(xué)校尚未明確改革目標(biāo),單純?yōu)榱烁母锒母�。以上種種,不但有礙學(xué)校進(jìn)步,增加了教師的工作負(fù)擔(dān),甚至還會(huì)在學(xué)校形成一種"談變革色變"的氛圍,導(dǎo)致改革無法繼續(xù)。
[Abstract]:School organizational change is a must in the process of school growth, and its principle of change is no different from other organizational changes, all of which are related to the survival and development of the organization. However, most school administrators in our country have not yet realized the importance of school organizational change. Although some schools are carrying out reforms, they lack top-level design, and some schools have organizational changes that are out of touch with their own reality. This has led to ineffective reforms; some schools have yet to define their goals, simply for the sake of reform. All these not only hinder the progress of schools, but also increase the workload of teachers, and even form a kind of atmosphere of "talk about change and change" in the school, resulting in the reform can not continue.
