班主任工作特征的維度建構(gòu)及量表開發(fā)

【摘要】:以工作要求-資源模型為理論基礎(chǔ),綜合使用演繹法和歸納法,從工作要求和工作資源兩方面來編制班主任工作特征量表。探索性因子分析和驗證性因子分析的結(jié)果表明,班主任工作要求包括工作超負(fù)荷、成績壓力、角色沖突、加班要求和學(xué)生安全壓力五個維度,班主任工作資源包括學(xué)校支持、年級領(lǐng)導(dǎo)支持、同事幫助、家長理解、物質(zhì)和社會回報五個維度。量表具有良好的信效度,可以作為測量我國班主任工作特征的有效工具。
[Abstract]:Based on the theoretical basis of the work demand resource model and the comprehensive use of deductive and inductive methods, the work feature scale of the class teacher is compiled from two aspects of work requirements and work resources. The results of exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis show that the work requirements of the class teacher include work overload, performance pressure, role conflict, overtime requirements and the requirement for overtime work. The students' safety pressure is five dimensions, and the work resources of the class teacher include school support, grade leadership support, colleague help, parent understanding, material and social return. The scale has good reliability and validity, which can be used as an effective tool to measure the work characteristics of class teachers in our country.
