【摘要】：師資短缺和代課過(guò)多導(dǎo)致師生權(quán)益受損,可以建立"熔斷機(jī)制"數(shù)學(xué)模型對(duì)教學(xué)質(zhì)量和教師進(jìn)行保護(hù),這是教育管理科學(xué)化、精細(xì)化、規(guī)范化和教師成長(zhǎng)專(zhuān)業(yè)化的要求。
[Abstract]:The shortage of teachers and too many substitute courses lead to the damage of the rights and interests of teachers and students, so we can establish a "fuse mechanism" mathematical model to protect the teaching quality and teachers. This is the requirement of scientific, meticulous, standardized and professional education management.
