學(xué)生干部經(jīng)歷對(duì)大學(xué)生堅(jiān)韌型人格、社會(huì)支持和主觀幸福感的影響

【摘要】:通過心理問卷探討了學(xué)生干部經(jīng)歷對(duì)大學(xué)生堅(jiān)韌性人格、社會(huì)支持和主觀幸福感的影響作用。結(jié)果表明,有學(xué)生干部經(jīng)歷的大學(xué)生在堅(jiān)韌性人格、社會(huì)支持和主觀幸福感三方面均顯著高于其他學(xué)生,在堅(jiān)韌性人格、社會(huì)支持和主觀幸福感三者之間存在顯著相關(guān),回歸分析進(jìn)一步表明堅(jiān)韌性人格在社會(huì)支持和主觀幸福感之間起部分中介作用。在研究基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)如何提升大學(xué)生的主觀幸福感提出了建議。
[Abstract]:The effects of student cadre experience on college students' resilience personality, social support and subjective well-being were investigated by psychological questionnaire. The results showed that college students with student cadres had significantly higher resilience personality, social support and subjective well-being than other students, and there was a significant correlation among resilience personality, social support and subjective well-being. Regression analysis further shows that resilience personality plays an intermediary role between social support and subjective well-being. On the basis of the research, some suggestions on how to improve the subjective well-being of college students are put forward.
