【摘要】：通識性知識層面的名師專業(yè)實踐詮釋需要上升為具體文化層面的專業(yè)實踐支持。名師地域文化屬性的澄明,關(guān)涉名師主體自我與其所處地域文化情境的復(fù)雜機理。融入地域文化,不僅僅意味著特有的專業(yè)知識結(jié)構(gòu)、非普適性的專業(yè)風(fēng)格與個性特質(zhì),還對名師"扎根"實踐起到舉足輕重的作用。面對過度規(guī)制、普適性思維、市場文化熏染導(dǎo)致的名師地域文化特質(zhì)闕失、名師地域文化觀照式微、名師專業(yè)取向地域文化向度不彰,"國家—地域—學(xué)校"行政主體支持、"資源—制度—人文"專業(yè)要素支持、"知識—教材—課程"實踐路徑支持,為當(dāng)前所需。
[Abstract]:The interpretation of famous teachers' professional practice at the level of general knowledge needs to be supported by specific cultural practice. The integration of regional culture means not only the unique professional knowledge structure, but also the non-universal professional style and personality. It also plays an important role in the practice of "taking root" for famous teachers. In the face of excessive regulation, universal thinking and market culture, the regional cultural characteristics of famous teachers are lacking, and the reflection of famous teachers' regional culture is declining. The professional orientation of famous teachers in the direction of regional culture is not obvious, "state-regional-school" administrative subject support, "resources-system-humanities" professional elements support, "knowledge-teaching materials-curriculum" practical path support, for the current needs.
