學(xué)校心理學(xué)視角下的職業(yè)中學(xué)心理健康教育研究

【摘要】:隨著職業(yè)教育改革的不斷深入,職業(yè)中學(xué)的心理健康教育工作也有了長(zhǎng)足的發(fā)展。但在許多人的觀念里,心理健康教育往往局限于心理障礙和人格成長(zhǎng)方面,工作對(duì)象主要是那些有心理問(wèn)題的學(xué)生。特別是在大多數(shù)的職業(yè)中學(xué)里,學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)與職業(yè)方面的管理服務(wù)職能統(tǒng)歸于教務(wù)部門(mén)和就業(yè)指導(dǎo)部門(mén),學(xué)生在學(xué)業(yè)和擇業(yè)等方面產(chǎn)生的心理問(wèn)題往往處在較為空白的地帶。近年來(lái),有學(xué)者提出了學(xué)校心理學(xué)的概念,主張以培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的積極人格為核心,將學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)輔導(dǎo)、人格輔導(dǎo)、生活輔導(dǎo)和職業(yè)輔導(dǎo)一起納入到心理健康教育的范疇中來(lái),從以往“矯治的心理輔導(dǎo)”轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)椤芭嘤摹l(fā)展的心理輔導(dǎo)”。對(duì)于職業(yè)中學(xué)來(lái)說(shuō),學(xué)校心理學(xué)所提倡的心理健康教育理念拓寬了職業(yè)中學(xué)心理健康教育的視野,改變了傳統(tǒng)心理健康教育只關(guān)注心理有問(wèn)題或適應(yīng)不良的學(xué)生的觀念,也實(shí)現(xiàn)了對(duì)傳統(tǒng)人格輔導(dǎo)觀念的創(chuàng)新。本文基于學(xué)校心理學(xué)的視角,遵循其學(xué)習(xí)輔導(dǎo)、人格輔導(dǎo)、生活輔導(dǎo)、職業(yè)輔導(dǎo)等四個(gè)方面的基本內(nèi)容,力圖構(gòu)建較為系統(tǒng)的職業(yè)中學(xué)心理健康教育體系。首先,從理論的角度對(duì)學(xué)校心理學(xué)及其基本內(nèi)容進(jìn)行闡述,對(duì)職業(yè)中學(xué)的定義、特點(diǎn)進(jìn)行總結(jié),分析職業(yè)中學(xué)與普通中學(xué)的差異,并且對(duì)職業(yè)中學(xué)心理健康教育的內(nèi)容從學(xué)校心理學(xué)視角進(jìn)行簡(jiǎn)要的闡述。其次,分析職業(yè)中學(xué)心理健康教育的現(xiàn)狀,探討我國(guó)職業(yè)中學(xué)心理健康教育存在的問(wèn)題及其原因。再次,通過(guò)深入的實(shí)地調(diào)查,搜集分析典型案例,進(jìn)一步驗(yàn)證學(xué)校心理學(xué)對(duì)于創(chuàng)新并完善職業(yè)中學(xué)心理健康教育工作所具有的指導(dǎo)和促進(jìn)作用。最后,運(yùn)用學(xué)校心理學(xué)的基本理論及其所倡導(dǎo)的心理健康教育理念,力圖構(gòu)建面向全體職業(yè)中學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)、人格、生活、職業(yè)心理輔導(dǎo)體系。
[Abstract]:With the deepening of vocational education reform, mental health education in vocational middle schools has made great progress. However, in many people's ideas, mental health education is often limited to mental disorders and personality development. Especially in most vocational secondary schools, the management and service functions of students' study and occupation are subordinate to the educational administration department and the employment guidance department. In recent years, some scholars have put forward the concept of school psychology, and advocated to cultivate students' positive personality as the core to guide students' study. Personality counseling, life counseling and vocational counseling have been brought into the category of mental health education, from "corrected psychological counseling" to "nurturing and developing psychological counseling". The concept of mental health education advocated by school psychology has broadened the vision of mental health education in vocational middle schools, and changed the traditional idea that only students with mental problems or poor adaptations are concerned about the traditional mental health education. This paper, based on the perspective of school psychology, follows its four basic contents: study guidance, personality guidance, life guidance, career counseling, etc. This paper tries to construct a systematic system of psychological health education in vocational middle schools. First of all, it expounds school psychology and its basic contents from a theoretical point of view, summarizes the definition and characteristics of vocational middle schools. The difference between vocational middle school and general middle school is analyzed, and the content of mental health education in vocational middle school is briefly expounded from the angle of school psychology. Secondly, the present situation of psychological health education in vocational middle school is analyzed. This paper discusses the problems and causes of mental health education in vocational middle schools in China. Thirdly, through in-depth field investigation, it collects and analyzes typical cases. Further verify the guidance and promotion function of school psychology to innovate and perfect the work of mental health education in vocational middle school. Finally, apply the basic theory of school psychology and the concept of mental health education advocated by school psychology. This paper tries to construct the system of study, personality, life and professional psychological guidance for all vocational middle school students.
