國外核心素養(yǎng)研究及啟示

【摘要】:核心素養(yǎng)研究始于20世紀90年代,至今已經(jīng)形成比較系統(tǒng)完善的內(nèi)容結(jié)構(gòu)、課程體系、教育質(zhì)量保障體系。核心素養(yǎng)已經(jīng)成為西方發(fā)達國家推動課程與教學改革的支柱性理念。核心素養(yǎng)研究是一種國際共識。有聯(lián)合國教科文組織主導的以終身學習為目標的素養(yǎng)研究,有經(jīng)濟合作與發(fā)展組織以個體的成功生活與社會和諧發(fā)展為目標的核心素養(yǎng)內(nèi)容結(jié)構(gòu)框架研究,有歐盟組織的核心素養(yǎng)研究和美日為代表的以能力為目標的核心素養(yǎng)研究。核心素養(yǎng)研究包括核心素養(yǎng)概念、內(nèi)容指標、課程體系、質(zhì)量保障指標體系四個方面。核心素養(yǎng)研究對我國有重要啟示,基礎(chǔ)教育課程改革要契合個體和社會發(fā)展需要,課程變革要強化對教育信息的快速反應,要建構(gòu)一體化的課程研究機制。
[Abstract]:Since 1990s, the research on core literacy has formed a relatively systematic content structure and curriculum system. Education quality assurance system. Core literacy has become a pillar of western developed countries to promote curriculum and teaching reform. Core literacy research is an international consensus. UNESCO led by lifelong learning. For the purpose of literacy research, The framework of the core literacy content structure of the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development, which aims at the successful life of individuals and the harmonious development of society, Research on core literacy of European Union organizations and core literacy research with competence as the target represented by the United States and Japan. Core literacy research includes core literacy concepts, content indicators, curriculum system, There are four aspects of quality assurance index system. The research of core accomplishment has important enlightenment to our country. The curriculum reform of basic education should meet the needs of individual and social development, and the reform of curriculum should strengthen the rapid response to educational information. It is necessary to construct an integrated curriculum research mechanism.
