網(wǎng)絡(luò)環(huán)境下中學(xué)生自主學(xué)習(xí)管理研究

【摘要】:隨著網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息技術(shù)的迅猛發(fā)展,多媒體網(wǎng)絡(luò)因其資源的共享性、多媒體性和交互性等特點(diǎn),在教育中的應(yīng)用日益廣泛而深入,網(wǎng)絡(luò)學(xué)習(xí)環(huán)境的建構(gòu)為中學(xué)生自主學(xué)習(xí)管理開(kāi)辟了新途徑,基于網(wǎng)絡(luò)環(huán)境的中學(xué)生自主學(xué)習(xí)管理也成為現(xiàn)代教育改革的重要內(nèi)容之一。網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息技術(shù)在教育中的應(yīng)用,使教師的教與學(xué)生的學(xué)真正統(tǒng)一起來(lái),不僅為教育提供了全新的理論,,也為學(xué)生提供了一種新的學(xué)習(xí)方式。通過(guò)研究網(wǎng)絡(luò)環(huán)境下中學(xué)生自主學(xué)習(xí)管理能力的現(xiàn)狀及發(fā)展情況,為提高中學(xué)生自主學(xué)習(xí)管理的能力提出有效的方法和措施。 多媒體網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)在教育中的深入應(yīng)用,教育的環(huán)境也隨之發(fā)生了本質(zhì)性的變化,傳統(tǒng)的學(xué)習(xí)管理觀念已經(jīng)難以適應(yīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)環(huán)境下的學(xué)習(xí)管理。網(wǎng)絡(luò)環(huán)境使學(xué)生有了更廣闊的學(xué)習(xí)空間、更便利的學(xué)習(xí)方式和途徑,學(xué)生可以根據(jù)自身的知識(shí)和認(rèn)知水平等因素,更加自由的選擇適合自己的學(xué)習(xí)方式、學(xué)習(xí)時(shí)間、學(xué)習(xí)途徑和學(xué)習(xí)類(lèi)型,最大限度的讓每個(gè)學(xué)生發(fā)揮自主性和能動(dòng)性,從而有效的提高學(xué)習(xí)管理的效率。 網(wǎng)絡(luò)的發(fā)展為終身教育提供了更多的可能性,傳統(tǒng)的一次性學(xué)校教育已經(jīng)不能滿(mǎn)足人們的學(xué)習(xí)需求,個(gè)人的發(fā)展將更多的取決于運(yùn)用網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)進(jìn)行自主學(xué)習(xí)管理的能力。因此,學(xué)生在中學(xué)時(shí)期如果能掌握一些自主學(xué)習(xí)管理的方法,對(duì)其綜合素質(zhì)的提高和今后的發(fā)展都具有重要意義。在網(wǎng)絡(luò)環(huán)境下,學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)不再受時(shí)間和空間的限制,學(xué)習(xí)的條件更加便捷。在傳統(tǒng)教學(xué)環(huán)境中,教師的任務(wù)僅僅是傳授知識(shí),忽略了培養(yǎng)學(xué)生自主學(xué)習(xí)管理能力的環(huán)節(jié)。網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息技術(shù)在教育中的應(yīng)用,為學(xué)校實(shí)施創(chuàng)新教育創(chuàng)造了條件,有利于教師教學(xué)水平的提高,更有利于培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)興趣,提高學(xué)生自主學(xué)習(xí)管理的能力。 第一章引言主要論述了網(wǎng)絡(luò)環(huán)境下中學(xué)生自主學(xué)習(xí)管理的研究背景、研究意義、國(guó)內(nèi)外的研究狀況以及研究方法。 第二章主要圍繞自主學(xué)習(xí)管理展開(kāi),研究了自主學(xué)習(xí)管理相關(guān)的概念鑒定和主要的理論依據(jù),并初步闡述了網(wǎng)絡(luò)環(huán)境下中學(xué)生自主學(xué)習(xí)管理的內(nèi)涵及特點(diǎn),為進(jìn)一步研究起支撐作用。 第三章主要是在第二章的理論基礎(chǔ)上,進(jìn)一步研究網(wǎng)絡(luò)環(huán)境下中學(xué)生自主學(xué)習(xí)管理的現(xiàn)狀,并分析總結(jié)形成這種現(xiàn)狀的原因。 第四章是通過(guò)對(duì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)環(huán)境下中學(xué)生自主學(xué)習(xí)管理的現(xiàn)狀及成因的分析,進(jìn)一步提出培養(yǎng)和提升中學(xué)生自主學(xué)習(xí)管理能力的對(duì)策。 本文通過(guò)對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外一些相關(guān)領(lǐng)域概念理論的研究,總結(jié)出網(wǎng)絡(luò)環(huán)境下中學(xué)生自主學(xué)習(xí)管理的內(nèi)涵是:在一個(gè)系統(tǒng)的網(wǎng)絡(luò)學(xué)習(xí)環(huán)境,由教師進(jìn)行科學(xué)的引導(dǎo),利用豐富的網(wǎng)絡(luò)資源,開(kāi)放的環(huán)境以及網(wǎng)絡(luò)便捷的交互,讓學(xué)生自主地運(yùn)用計(jì)劃、組織、協(xié)調(diào)、控制和監(jiān)督等管理手段,進(jìn)行一系列自我學(xué)習(xí)、自我教育、自我發(fā)展的實(shí)踐管理活動(dòng)。網(wǎng)絡(luò)環(huán)境下的自主學(xué)習(xí)管理具有主體性、能動(dòng)性、獨(dú)立性、創(chuàng)新性等特征。在此基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合目前中學(xué)生自主學(xué)習(xí)的現(xiàn)狀,分析其原因,提出用自主學(xué)習(xí)管理的方法,提高網(wǎng)絡(luò)環(huán)境下中學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)效率。
