理解與對(duì)話:課堂教學(xué)的意蘊(yùn)

【摘要】:理解和對(duì)話是人存在的一種方式,個(gè)體在理解和對(duì)話中實(shí)現(xiàn)思想、精神和心理的溝通交流。課堂教學(xué)中的理解和對(duì)話是一種意義生成過程和視域融合過程,F(xiàn)實(shí)課堂教學(xué)中凸顯出理解和對(duì)話的欠缺:知識(shí)意義理解與生成的缺失;個(gè)體精神引領(lǐng)與建構(gòu)的缺乏;師生關(guān)系理解與建構(gòu)的缺位;自我建構(gòu)與理解缺少。建構(gòu)充滿理解和對(duì)話的課堂教學(xué)是師生共同的責(zé)任,雙方需要努力做到:以愛為基,嚴(yán)寬相濟(jì);以人為"鏡",以己為"師";己所悅納,亦給予人;對(duì)話交流,消減誤解。
[Abstract]:Understanding and dialogue is a way of human existence, in which the individual realizes the communication of thought, spirit and psychology. Understanding and dialogue in classroom teaching is a process of meaning generation and horizon fusion. The lack of understanding and dialogue is highlighted in real classroom teaching: the lack of understanding and generation of knowledge meaning, the lack of guidance and construction of individual spirit, the lack of understanding and construction of teacher-student relationship, and the lack of self-construction and understanding. It is the common responsibility of teachers and students to construct a classroom teaching full of understanding and dialogue. Both sides need to work hard to achieve: love as the basis, strict leniency and justice; "mirror" for people, "teachers" for themselves; acceptance for oneself, giving for others; dialogue and communication, reducing misunderstanding.
