【摘要】：為應對經(jīng)濟危機所帶來的負面影響,發(fā)揮教育系統(tǒng)對于歐洲社會的積極作用,歐盟在"伊拉斯謨計劃"基礎上,對教育領域中所實施的各種計劃和項目加以整合,提出了"新伊拉斯謨"計劃。作為一項新的綜合性教育項目,"新伊拉斯謨"在提高歐洲各國就業(yè)水平、促進高等教育的交流與發(fā)展、提高青年的歐洲公民意識以及促進歐洲一體化進程等方面都提出了新的目標,針對這些目標制定了相應的計劃和措施。
[Abstract]:In response to the negative impact of the economic crisis and the positive role of the education system for European society, the European Union, on the basis of the Erasmus Plan, has integrated various programmes and projects in the field of education, The "New Erasmus" plan was put forward. As a new comprehensive education project, New Erasmus is promoting the exchange and development of higher education in European countries. To raise the European citizenship awareness of young people and to promote the process of European integration, new goals have been put forward, and corresponding plans and measures have been drawn up in view of these goals.
