【摘要】：正2009年11月,錢學森去世僅10天,安徽省10位教授在報紙上發(fā)表了一封公開信,提出了著名的"錢學森之問",就是"為什么我們的學�？偸桥囵B(yǎng)不出杰出人才"。其實,早在2007年8月,時任總理溫家寶同志看望錢學森的時候,他自己已回答了"錢學森之問":"處理好科學和藝術的關系,就能夠創(chuàng)新,中國人就一定能賽過外國人。"
[Abstract]:On November 2009, just 10 days after Qian Xuesen's death, 10 professors in Anhui Province published an open letter in the newspaper, putting forward the famous question of Qian Xuesen, that is, "Why can't our school always produce outstanding talents?" in fact, As early as August 2007, when then Premier Wen Jiabao visited Qian Xuesen, he himself answered the question: "if you handle the relationship between science and art, you will be able to innovate, and the Chinese will certainly be able to beat foreigners."
