教育特色化:向高水平均衡邁進(jìn)

【摘要】:義務(wù)教育均衡發(fā)展,不是教育同質(zhì)化的低水平的均衡,而應(yīng)當(dāng)追求教育特色化的高水平的均衡。教育特色化才能滿足家長(zhǎng)對(duì)均衡不斷上升的需求,實(shí)現(xiàn)學(xué)校對(duì)均衡的高水平供給,滿足學(xué)生對(duì)教育多樣化的需求。要實(shí)現(xiàn)教育特色化就應(yīng)當(dāng)理清教育特色化的目標(biāo)、拓展學(xué)生個(gè)性全面發(fā)展的空間、營(yíng)造學(xué)生個(gè)性全面發(fā)展的氛圍、夯實(shí)學(xué)生個(gè)性全面發(fā)展的基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:The balanced development of compulsory education is not the low level equilibrium of the homogeneity of education, but the high level equilibrium of the characteristic education. Only the characteristic of education can meet the increasing demand of the parents to the equilibrium, realize the high level supply of the school to the equilibrium, and meet the demand of the students for the diversification of education. In order to realize the characteristic of education, we should clear out the goal of the characteristic of education, expand the space of the all-round development of the students' personality, build the atmosphere of the all-round development of the students' personality, and consolidate the foundation of the all-round development of the students' personality.
