青少年網(wǎng)絡(luò)生活及其與學(xué)校心理處境、心理適應(yīng)的關(guān)系

【摘要】:網(wǎng)絡(luò)作為當(dāng)代青少年生活、學(xué)習(xí)的重要組成部分,受到了越來越多的青少年的親睞和喜愛,它的地位在青少年日常生活中越來越重要。隨著青少年網(wǎng)民數(shù)量的增加,青少年的網(wǎng)絡(luò)問題一直以來是國內(nèi)外心理學(xué)工作者研究的重點(diǎn)。青少年正處于心理上和生理上的巨大變化,網(wǎng)絡(luò)生活的好壞必然會(huì)影響他們的身心發(fā)展,甚至?xí)䦟?duì)他們的心理適應(yīng)造成不良的影響。 本研究從青少年網(wǎng)絡(luò)生活出發(fā),以在校青少年為被試,結(jié)合國內(nèi)外有關(guān)網(wǎng)絡(luò)問題的研究,采用文獻(xiàn)分析,開放式問卷等方法初步編制了當(dāng)代青少年網(wǎng)絡(luò)生活問卷,經(jīng)過項(xiàng)目分析、探索性因素分析和驗(yàn)證性因素分析探討當(dāng)代青少年網(wǎng)絡(luò)生活的結(jié)構(gòu)。在此基礎(chǔ)上來研究當(dāng)代青少年的整體網(wǎng)絡(luò)生活情況和其對(duì)學(xué)校心理處境、孤獨(dú)感、抑郁、生活滿意度的預(yù)測(cè)效應(yīng),并考察青少年學(xué)校心理處境在其網(wǎng)絡(luò)生活和孤獨(dú)感、抑郁、生活滿意度之間的調(diào)節(jié)效應(yīng)。 根據(jù)調(diào)查和分析,本研究獲得如下結(jié)論: (1)當(dāng)代青少年網(wǎng)絡(luò)生活問卷包括:網(wǎng)絡(luò)自我效能感、網(wǎng)絡(luò)游戲情感、網(wǎng)絡(luò)依賴行為和網(wǎng)絡(luò)購物態(tài)度4個(gè)維度,18個(gè)項(xiàng)目。編制的問卷具有較好的信效度指標(biāo)。 (2)不同人口學(xué)變量的青少年在網(wǎng)絡(luò)生活的網(wǎng)絡(luò)自我效能感、網(wǎng)絡(luò)游戲情感和網(wǎng)絡(luò)依賴行為維度上存在顯著差異。A、男生在網(wǎng)絡(luò)自我效能感、網(wǎng)絡(luò)游戲情感和網(wǎng)絡(luò)依賴行為上的得分均高于女生。B、初中男生的網(wǎng)絡(luò)自我效能感高于高中男生;對(duì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)游戲的喜愛程度高于高中男生。C、相對(duì)農(nóng)村青少年而言,城市青少年的網(wǎng)絡(luò)自我效能較高,對(duì)游戲的喜愛程度較高,更容易對(duì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)產(chǎn)生依賴,對(duì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)購物的態(tài)度更積極。D、獨(dú)生子女比非獨(dú)生子女的網(wǎng)絡(luò)自我效能高,對(duì)游戲的喜愛程度高,對(duì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)產(chǎn)生依賴大,對(duì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)購物的態(tài)度更積極。E、父母親的學(xué)歷越高,青少年的網(wǎng)絡(luò)自我效能感越高;父母親的學(xué)歷越高,青少年更熱衷于網(wǎng)絡(luò)游戲,更容易對(duì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)形成依賴; (3)青少年網(wǎng)絡(luò)生活對(duì)學(xué)校心理處境、孤獨(dú)感、抑郁、生活滿意度均有顯著的預(yù)測(cè)作用,,其中網(wǎng)絡(luò)依賴行為對(duì)青少年的影響最大;學(xué)校心理處境對(duì)青少年的孤獨(dú)感、抑郁、生活滿意度均有顯著預(yù)測(cè)作用。 (4)學(xué)校心理處境在青少年網(wǎng)絡(luò)生活和孤獨(dú)感、抑郁、生活滿意度之間具有顯著的調(diào)節(jié)作用。
[Abstract]:As an important part of contemporary teenagers' life and study, the Internet has been favored and loved by more and more teenagers, and its status is becoming more and more important in the daily life of teenagers. With the increase of the number of Internet users, the network problem of teenagers has always been the focus of psychologists at home and abroad. Teenagers are in the great changes of psychology and physiology, the quality of network life will inevitably affect their physical and mental development, and even their psychological adaptation will have a negative impact. Based on the online life of teenagers, this study, taking the teenagers in school as subjects, combined with the research of network problems at home and abroad, using the methods of literature analysis, open questionnaire and so on, has preliminarily compiled the online life questionnaire for contemporary teenagers. Through project analysis, exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis, the structure of contemporary youth online life is discussed. On this basis, this paper studies the overall online life of contemporary teenagers and its predictive effects on school psychological situation, loneliness, depression and life satisfaction, and examines the psychological situation of teenagers in their online life and loneliness, depression, and so on. The moderating effect between life satisfaction. According to the investigation and analysis, the following conclusions are obtained: (1) the online life questionnaire of contemporary adolescents includes four dimensions: online self-efficacy, online game emotion, online dependent behavior and online shopping attitude, and 18 items. The questionnaire has good reliability and validity. (2) adolescents with different demographic variables have a sense of online self-efficacy in their online life. There are significant differences between online game emotion and online dependent behavior. A-, male students have higher scores on online self-efficacy, online game emotion and online dependent behavior than girls. B, junior middle school boys have a higher sense of online self-efficacy than high school boys; Compared with the rural teenagers, urban teenagers have higher self-efficacy and more love of games, so they are more likely to rely on the network. The only child has higher online self-efficacy, more love of games, more dependence on the network, and more positive attitude towards online shopping. The higher the online self-efficacy of teenagers; the higher their parents' educational background, the more keen they are on online games and more likely to become dependent on the Internet. (3) Adolescent online life is more sensitive to school psychological situation, loneliness, depression, and so on. Life satisfaction had significant predictive effects, among which internet dependent behavior had the greatest influence on adolescents, school psychological situation had great influence on adolescents' loneliness and depression. Life satisfaction had significant predictive effect. (4) School psychological situation had a significant regulatory effect between online life, loneliness, depression and life satisfaction.
