【摘要】：政策教育是社會(huì)教育結(jié)構(gòu)中的一個(gè)有機(jī)組成部分。決策咨詢機(jī)構(gòu)作為聯(lián)系知識(shí)與公共政策、政府與公眾的橋梁,不僅承擔(dān)著生產(chǎn)政策思想和提供政策方案的功能,同時(shí)也被賦予了自身以傳播公共政策知識(shí),提高公民政策素質(zhì)的重要使命。政策教育是發(fā)揚(yáng)社會(huì)主義民主政治的重要環(huán)節(jié)。也是政府決策咨詢機(jī)構(gòu)職業(yè)化的基本目標(biāo)之一。決策咨詢機(jī)構(gòu)政策教育功能的體系由政策教育內(nèi)容、政策教育對(duì)象和政策教育方式等三方面構(gòu)成。政策教育的價(jià)值承載表現(xiàn)在有利于政策思想的推陳出新,有利于公共政策制定的科學(xué)化、民主化與規(guī)范化,有利于公共政策執(zhí)行的規(guī)范化等。
[Abstract]:Policy education is an organic part of social education structure. As a link between knowledge and public policy, the decision-making advisory body, the bridge between the government and the public, not only takes on the function of producing policy ideas and providing policy programs, but also is endowed with the ability to disseminate public policy knowledge. The important mission of improving citizen policy quality. Policy education is an important link in carrying forward socialist democratic politics. It is also one of the basic goals of the professionalization of government decision-making advisory bodies. The system of policy education function of decision consultation organization consists of three aspects: policy education content, policy education object and policy education method. The value bearing of policy education is in favor of bringing forth new ideas from the past, making public policies scientific, democratizing and standardizing, and standardizing the implementation of public policies.
