【摘要】：長(zhǎng)三角地區(qū)區(qū)位條件優(yōu)越、自然稟賦優(yōu)良、經(jīng)濟(jì)基礎(chǔ)雄厚、城鎮(zhèn)體系完整、科教文化發(fā)達(dá),具有在更高起點(diǎn)基礎(chǔ)上加快發(fā)展的獨(dú)特優(yōu)勢(shì)。面對(duì)國(guó)家的期待和歷史性的機(jī)遇,針對(duì)區(qū)域教育發(fā)展的共同難題,長(zhǎng)三角兩省一市應(yīng)攜手共進(jìn),努力發(fā)揮區(qū)域優(yōu)勢(shì)和有利條件,從思路、功能、目標(biāo)和任務(wù)等方面,率先探索區(qū)域教育協(xié)作改革發(fā)展新戰(zhàn)略,增強(qiáng)區(qū)域競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,繼續(xù)引領(lǐng)帶動(dòng)全國(guó)教育發(fā)展,從全局高度聯(lián)手實(shí)施區(qū)域教育綜合改革,共建"長(zhǎng)三角教育綜合改革試驗(yàn)區(qū)"。這是長(zhǎng)三角地區(qū)率先改革發(fā)展取得新突破的重大戰(zhàn)略選擇。
[Abstract]:The Yangtze River Delta region has the advantages of superior geographical conditions, excellent natural endowment, strong economic base, complete urban system and developed science and education culture, which has the unique advantage of accelerating development on the basis of a higher starting point.In the face of the country's expectations and historic opportunities, and in view of the common difficulties in the development of regional education, the two provinces and cities in the Yangtze River Delta should work hand in hand to bring into play their regional advantages and favorable conditions, in terms of ideas, functions, goals and tasks, etc.It is the first to explore the new strategy of regional education cooperation reform and development, to strengthen the regional competitiveness, to continue to lead and drive the national education development, to jointly implement the regional education comprehensive reform from the overall level, and to jointly build the "Yangtze River Delta education comprehensive reform experimental area".This is the Yangtze River Delta region to take the lead in reform and development to achieve new breakthroughs in the major strategic choice.
