【摘要】：作者編制高校教師壓力調(diào)查問卷以及心理健康評(píng)定量表對(duì)閩粵地區(qū)部分高校教師進(jìn)行調(diào)查,根據(jù)調(diào)查結(jié)果分析高校教師壓力狀況及其對(duì)心理健康的影響。結(jié)果表明,對(duì)于發(fā)達(dá)地區(qū)高校教師來說,壓力主要來自機(jī)遇不佳、家事困擾、競(jìng)爭(zhēng)與人事關(guān)系、科研條件、低收入、現(xiàn)職不滿、職務(wù)晉升、婚戀等方面①。
[Abstract]:The author compiled a questionnaire on college teachers' stress and mental health assessment scale to investigate some university teachers in Fujian and Guangdong, and analyzed their stress status and their influence on mental health according to the results of the investigation. For college teachers in developed regions, the pressure mainly comes from poor opportunities, family troubles, competition and personnel relations, scientific research conditions, low income, dissatisfaction, job promotion, love and marriage.
