汶川地震災(zāi)區(qū)中學生心理彈性及其影響因素分析

【摘要】:目的:了解地震災(zāi)區(qū)中學生心理彈性現(xiàn)狀,探討影響心理彈性的有關(guān)因素,為促進災(zāi)區(qū)學生心理健康提供依據(jù)。方法:選取汶川地震極重災(zāi)區(qū)和輕災(zāi)區(qū)兩所中學的初中學生為研究對象,采用量表及自制結(jié)構(gòu)式調(diào)查問卷調(diào)查。結(jié)果:調(diào)查分析了1256名學生;極重災(zāi)區(qū)學生心理彈性得分為40.82±6.04,輕災(zāi)區(qū)學生心理彈性得分為43.42±6.24,差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(t=7.418,P0.001);心理彈性受到自尊、積極應(yīng)對(PC)、內(nèi)控性、客觀支持、房屋受損情況、有勢力的他人(P)、對支持的利用度、消極應(yīng)對(NC)的影響(均為P≤0.01),影響變量解釋率達38.5%,其中自尊的貢獻率最大。結(jié)論:通過改善災(zāi)區(qū)學生內(nèi)部因素即提高其自尊水平、改善其應(yīng)對方式、增強內(nèi)控性,同時改善外部保護性因素即提高社會支持,可以提高其心理彈性水平,從而促進其心理健康。
[Abstract]:Objective: to understand the present situation of middle school students' psychological resilience in earthquake stricken areas and to explore the related factors affecting it. In order to provide the basis for promoting the mental health of the students in the disaster area, middle school students from the two middle schools in the worst-hit area and the light disaster area of Wenchuan earthquake were selected as the research objects.
