【摘要】：學校與社區(qū)相互隔絕問題嚴重困擾著我國現(xiàn)代學校制度建設(shè)進程。對湖北省武漢市學校與社區(qū)互動現(xiàn)狀的調(diào)查顯示,學校負責人在學校與社區(qū)互動方面從理想到現(xiàn)實存在較大落差。這一現(xiàn)實是由外部因素與內(nèi)部因素共同作用而成的。外部因素主要指當前學校和社區(qū)互動所處的外部生態(tài)環(huán)境尚未成熟,內(nèi)部因素主要指學段影響。解決這一問題的措施包括:加強政策引導(dǎo),創(chuàng)設(shè)良好的支持環(huán)境;倡導(dǎo)教育家辦學,提升學校負責人的專業(yè)素養(yǎng);深化教育改革,堅定地踐行素質(zhì)教育;發(fā)揮教育科研的價值,加強學校與社區(qū)互動方面的研究。
[Abstract]:The school and the community from each other serious problems plaguing the process of China's construction of modern school system. A survey of Hubei city in Wuhan Province, school and community interaction situation, the person in charge of the school interaction between schools and communities from ideal to reality there is a big gap. This reality is composed of external factors and internal factors into the external factors mainly refer to the external environment of the school and community interaction is not yet mature, internal factors mainly refer to the learning period. Including the measures to solve this problem: to strengthen policy guidance, create a good environment; advocate educator, promote the school responsible for the professional quality; deepen education reform, firmly practicing quality education; educational scientific research value, strengthen the research on the interaction between school and community.
