多元智能理論指導(dǎo)下的高中英語差異教學(xué)

目前,高中生人數(shù)眾多,導(dǎo)致同一教學(xué)班級(jí)內(nèi)英語水平差異很大,盡管新課標(biāo)要求注重學(xué)生差異,面向全體學(xué)生,注重素質(zhì)教育,而現(xiàn)實(shí)教育中常用統(tǒng)一教材、教法來教授所有的學(xué)生、用統(tǒng)一的評(píng)價(jià)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)來衡量所有的學(xué)生。鑒于此,在高中英語課堂實(shí)施差異教學(xué)尤為重要。如何“面對有差異的學(xué)生,實(shí)施有差異的教學(xué),促進(jìn)有差異的發(fā)展”便是本研究的重點(diǎn)。本文以多元智能理論為基礎(chǔ),介紹差異教學(xué)的概念,從目標(biāo)確定、教學(xué)組織形式及評(píng)價(jià)的差異化策略幾個(gè)方面,對差異教學(xué)的有效實(shí)施進(jìn)行較為全面地研究。通過實(shí)驗(yàn)來檢驗(yàn)差異教學(xué)效果,對不同水平、興趣及學(xué)習(xí)風(fēng)格的學(xué)生進(jìn)行差異教學(xué)。實(shí)驗(yàn)過程中,依據(jù)不同學(xué)生的實(shí)際來設(shè)計(jì)不同的教學(xué)目標(biāo)、教學(xué)活動(dòng)、教學(xué)組織形式及差異化評(píng)價(jià),促進(jìn)學(xué)生差異化發(fā)展。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明差異教學(xué)提高了學(xué)生的英語語言運(yùn)用能力,足以證明多元智能理論指導(dǎo)下的高中英語差異教學(xué)是可行的。
