【摘要】： 對(duì)成癮理論及網(wǎng)絡(luò)成癮概念的提出、診斷與分類、理論模型和實(shí)證研究的最新發(fā)展等幾個(gè)方面進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)的回顧,采用整合研究的思路,編制了大學(xué)生網(wǎng)絡(luò)使用自控量表(ISCS),應(yīng)用問(wèn)卷調(diào)查、延遲折扣實(shí)驗(yàn)技術(shù)探討大學(xué)生網(wǎng)絡(luò)成癮行為的內(nèi)在機(jī)制。目的在于研究大學(xué)生網(wǎng)絡(luò)成癮者個(gè)性心理特征與網(wǎng)絡(luò)成癮行為、心理健康、沖動(dòng)性控制之間的關(guān)系,有助于大學(xué)生有效使用網(wǎng)絡(luò),提高其自我控制的能力。經(jīng)過(guò)實(shí)證分析和實(shí)驗(yàn)獲得以下主要結(jié)論: 1.大學(xué)生網(wǎng)絡(luò)成癮者在某些人口統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)因素上呈現(xiàn)顯著差異。 2.大學(xué)生網(wǎng)絡(luò)成癮與非成癮者在人格特質(zhì)層面存在差異。 3.網(wǎng)絡(luò)成癮大學(xué)生的心理健康水平低于非成癮大學(xué)生。 4.人格、自我控制、感覺尋求通過(guò)影響網(wǎng)絡(luò)成癮,進(jìn)而影響心理健康水平。 5.在延遲折扣實(shí)驗(yàn)中,網(wǎng)絡(luò)成癮大學(xué)生更加傾向于做出沖動(dòng)性選擇
[Abstract]:A systematic review of the concept of addiction and Internet addiction, diagnosis and classification, theoretical models and the latest development of empirical research is carried out, and the idea of integrated research is adopted. The self-control scale of college students' network use was compiled, and the internal mechanism of college students' Internet addiction behavior was discussed by using questionnaire survey and delayed discount experiment. The purpose of this study is to study the relationship between the personality psychological characteristics of college students with Internet addiction behavior, mental health and impulsive control, so as to help college students to use the Internet effectively and improve their self-control ability. Through empirical analysis and experiments, the following main conclusions are obtained: 1. There are significant differences in some demographic factors among college students with internet addiction. 2. There are differences in personality traits between internet addicts and non-addicts. 3. The mental health level of internet addicted students is lower than that of non-addicted students. 4. Personality, self-control, and sensation seek to influence internet addiction and then affect mental health. 5. In the delayed discount experiment, college students with Internet addiction tend to make impulsive choices.
