【摘要】：教育行政權(quán)的行使,是教育行政主體運(yùn)用國家教育權(quán)力對教育事業(yè)進(jìn)行管理的活動。筆者探析了教育行政權(quán)行使的特點(diǎn),分析了教育行政權(quán)行使中存在的問題,提出了創(chuàng)新教育行政權(quán)有效行使的對策:明確教育行政權(quán)行使的主體,進(jìn)一步轉(zhuǎn)變教育行政職能,公開教育行政政務(wù),建立教育行政協(xié)同機(jī)制,培育教育中介組織,構(gòu)建教育行政權(quán)行使的監(jiān)督機(jī)制,加強(qiáng)教育行政執(zhí)法隊(duì)伍建設(shè),建立和完善教育行政執(zhí)法制度等。
[Abstract]:The exercise of administrative power in education, educational administration is the main use of the national education authority to carry out management activities of education. The author analyzes the characteristics of the exertion of administrative power in education, analyzes the problems existing in the exercise of administrative power in education, and puts forward some countermeasures for the innovation of administrative power in Education: the effective exercise of the main exercise of the administrative power of education clear, further change functions of educational administration, public education administrative affairs, the establishment of educational administrative coordination mechanism, education intermediary organization, constructing the supervision mechanism of the exertion of administrative power in education, strengthen the education of the administrative law enforcement team construction, establish and perfect the educational administrative law enforcement system.
