【摘要】：高校技術(shù)轉(zhuǎn)移中心作為高校技術(shù)轉(zhuǎn)移工作最重要的承擔(dān)者,是國家創(chuàng)新體系的重要組成部分。研究高校技術(shù)轉(zhuǎn)移中心的職能,對提升技術(shù)轉(zhuǎn)移效率、促進科技創(chuàng)新提供有價值的參考。通過對我國45家高校國家技術(shù)轉(zhuǎn)移示范機構(gòu)進行職能分析,構(gòu)建出高校技術(shù)轉(zhuǎn)移中心的包含基礎(chǔ)、擴展、高級3個層次的職能模型,并著重分析處于基礎(chǔ)型、擴展型和高級型職能階段的高校技術(shù)轉(zhuǎn)移中心的比重,揭示我國高校技術(shù)轉(zhuǎn)移中心職能的發(fā)展?fàn)顩r,以及與地域和組織結(jié)構(gòu)形式的相關(guān)性。
[Abstract]:As the most important bearer of university technology transfer, university technology transfer center is an important part of national innovation system. The study of the function of technology transfer center in colleges and universities provides valuable reference for improving the efficiency of technology transfer and promoting scientific and technological innovation. Based on the functional analysis of 45 national technology transfer demonstration institutions in colleges and universities in China, this paper constructs a functional model of the technology transfer center of colleges and universities at three levels, including foundation, expansion and advanced level. The proportion of technology transfer centers in colleges and universities in the extended and advanced functional stages reveals the development of the functions of the technology transfer centers in colleges and universities in China, and the relationship between the functions of the technology transfer centers in colleges and universities and the forms of regional and organizational structures.
