高校冷門學(xué)科從危機(jī)到突圍的跨越發(fā)展研究

【摘要】:任何學(xué)科都是多元文化體系的一部分,都具有獨(dú)特的歷史貢獻(xiàn)和社會(huì)價(jià)值。為了扭轉(zhuǎn)對(duì)冷門學(xué)科發(fā)展的非理性認(rèn)識(shí),作者根據(jù)學(xué)科潛力、市場(chǎng)需求、生源數(shù)量情況對(duì)冷門學(xué)科進(jìn)行了分類;同時(shí),通過(guò)梳理我國(guó)冷門學(xué)科在錄取生源、培養(yǎng)單位分布、師資結(jié)構(gòu)、就業(yè)狀況方面的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,認(rèn)為高校冷門學(xué)科發(fā)展受到認(rèn)知偏差、宣傳導(dǎo)向、就業(yè)狀況、學(xué)科門檻、權(quán)利承認(rèn)、資源支持等一系列因素的影響。為了進(jìn)一步激發(fā)冷門學(xué)科的文化科技力量,文章建議從學(xué)科發(fā)展思路、學(xué)科布局、培養(yǎng)模式、學(xué)科定位、學(xué)科集群、外在建制等方面化解學(xué)科危機(jī),促進(jìn)學(xué)科突圍。
[Abstract]:Any subject is a part of multi-cultural system and has unique historical contribution and social value. In order to reverse the irrational understanding of the development of cold subjects, the author classifies them according to their potential, market demand and number of students. The structure of teachers and the status quo of employment are considered to be influenced by cognitive bias, propaganda orientation, employment status, subject threshold, right recognition, resource support and so on. In order to further stimulate the cultural and scientific power of the cold subject, this paper suggests to resolve the discipline crisis and promote the discipline breakthrough from the aspects of discipline development, discipline layout, training mode, discipline orientation, discipline cluster, external organization, and so on.
