【摘要】：分析近二十年來生物信息學及中醫(yī)相結(jié)合研究在我國的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,提出中醫(yī)與生物信息學相結(jié)合的教育教學方向,從"定性"和"定量"學習方法、"基因組學與證本質(zhì)"、"蛋白質(zhì)組學與病癥關(guān)聯(lián)"以及"以復雜系統(tǒng)方法論解決復雜中醫(yī)系統(tǒng)"等三方面闡述生物信息學各項技術(shù)在中醫(yī)大數(shù)據(jù)下的應用模式和教學方法。
[Abstract]:This paper analyzes the development of bioinformatics and traditional Chinese medicine in China in the past twenty years, and puts forward the educational and teaching direction of combining traditional Chinese medicine and bioinformatics. This paper expounds the techniques of bioinformatics from three aspects: "qualitative" and "quantitative" learning methods, "Genomics and the nature of syndrome", "proteomics and disease association" and "solving complex traditional Chinese medicine system with complex system methodology". The application mode and teaching method under the data of TCM University.
