【摘要】：文章基于我國各省高等院校最新的教育統(tǒng)計數(shù)據(jù),構(gòu)建了數(shù)量指標體系和質(zhì)量指標體系,分別根據(jù)這兩種指標體系使用DEA-BCC方法測算了我國各省高等學校的創(chuàng)新效率,并在此基礎上實證檢驗了各省的經(jīng)濟增長、高校結(jié)構(gòu)和職稱結(jié)構(gòu)等對創(chuàng)新效率的影響。相較以往學者們使用的數(shù)量指標體系,質(zhì)量指標體系更能反應各省創(chuàng)新效率的實際狀況。測算結(jié)果表明,經(jīng)濟增長水平、211高校數(shù)量、各省中的教授人數(shù)越多,高等學校創(chuàng)新效率越高。
[Abstract]:Based on the latest educational statistics of colleges and universities in China, this paper constructs a quantitative index system and a quality index system. According to these two index systems, the innovation efficiency of colleges and universities in various provinces of China is calculated by using DEA-BCC method. On this basis, the paper empirically tests the influence of the economic growth, the structure of colleges and universities and the structure of professional title on the efficiency of innovation. Compared with the quantitative index system used by scholars in the past, the quality index system can better reflect the actual situation of innovation efficiency in various provinces. The results show that the higher the number of colleges and universities is, the more the number of professors in each province is, the higher the innovation efficiency is.
