基于扎根理論的協(xié)同創(chuàng)新生態(tài)系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行理論與實(shí)證研究

【摘要】:高校協(xié)同創(chuàng)新是一種跨領(lǐng)域、跨文化、多主體參與的創(chuàng)新組織方式,要求高校、企業(yè)、科研機(jī)構(gòu)、政府積極的響應(yīng),展開不同層次和不同形式的協(xié)同創(chuàng)新活動(dòng)。開展協(xié)同創(chuàng)新,不僅是深化科技體制改革、提升高校創(chuàng)新能力的內(nèi)在要求,也是推動(dòng)創(chuàng)新驅(qū)動(dòng)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略和“2011計(jì)劃”的關(guān)鍵。目前,我國(guó)行業(yè)類高校協(xié)同創(chuàng)新的研究處于起步階段,在主體協(xié)同、組織方式、運(yùn)行管理等方面存在問(wèn)題;仡櫼延袇f(xié)同創(chuàng)新的研究文獻(xiàn)發(fā)現(xiàn)從生態(tài)學(xué)角度研究創(chuàng)新能夠更好的揭示主體間關(guān)系、主體特性、主體間運(yùn)行等。本文的研究對(duì)象是行業(yè)類高校協(xié)同創(chuàng)新平臺(tái),從生態(tài)學(xué)視角對(duì)本文進(jìn)行了以下研究:首先,通過(guò)對(duì)高校協(xié)同創(chuàng)新相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)的研究,歸納出高校協(xié)同創(chuàng)新系統(tǒng)的參與主體包括高校、企業(yè)、科研機(jī)構(gòu)和政府。將行業(yè)類高校協(xié)同創(chuàng)新系統(tǒng)與自然生態(tài)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行類比分析,總結(jié)出其具有競(jìng)爭(zhēng)、共生、寄生、存在物質(zhì)和能量的流動(dòng)等生態(tài)特征。在此基礎(chǔ)上,從生態(tài)學(xué)角度分析高校協(xié)同創(chuàng)新系統(tǒng)參與主體的功能作用、主體間的相互聯(lián)系、系統(tǒng)特性等,構(gòu)建協(xié)同創(chuàng)新生態(tài)系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行圖。其次,運(yùn)用扎根理論對(duì)4所國(guó)家級(jí)行業(yè)類協(xié)同創(chuàng)新中心的運(yùn)行資料進(jìn)行編碼分析和多案例比較分析。案例資料的開放式編碼、主軸編碼和選擇性編碼由三位碩士研究生協(xié)作完成,得到9個(gè)范疇即協(xié)同創(chuàng)新環(huán)境、中心建設(shè)、科學(xué)研究、人才培養(yǎng)、學(xué)科發(fā)展、運(yùn)行管理、國(guó)際化、協(xié)同創(chuàng)新和運(yùn)行成果產(chǎn)出。然后運(yùn)用典范模式將構(gòu)件分為6個(gè)層次,構(gòu)成協(xié)同創(chuàng)新生態(tài)系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行的組織架構(gòu)和核心價(jià)值鏈,通過(guò)對(duì)比分析編碼過(guò)程中相同的初始范疇數(shù)和不同的初始范疇數(shù),得到4個(gè)案例在運(yùn)行過(guò)程中異同。在此基礎(chǔ)上,通過(guò)對(duì)4個(gè)案例的比較分析總結(jié)出協(xié)同創(chuàng)新生態(tài)系統(tǒng)在科研組織、人事制度、資源配置與共享、人才培養(yǎng)、國(guó)際交流五個(gè)方面的運(yùn)行特色,補(bǔ)充和修正協(xié)同創(chuàng)新生態(tài)系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行圖。最后,通過(guò)多案例比較分析,認(rèn)為協(xié)同創(chuàng)新生態(tài)系統(tǒng)在科研組織、人事制度、資源配置與共享、國(guó)際交流和人才培養(yǎng)方面的運(yùn)行比較成熟且具有特色,并對(duì)高校協(xié)同創(chuàng)新平臺(tái)的設(shè)計(jì)原則和協(xié)同創(chuàng)新生態(tài)系統(tǒng)的運(yùn)行管理提出對(duì)策建議。
[Abstract]:Collaborative innovation in colleges and universities is a kind of innovation organization which is cross-domain, cross-cultural and multi-subject participation. It requires universities, enterprises, scientific research institutions and governments to respond positively and launch different levels and forms of collaborative innovation activities. To carry out collaborative innovation is not only the internal requirement of deepening the reform of science and technology system, but also the key of promoting innovation driven development strategy and "2011 Plan". At present, the research of collaborative innovation in the industry colleges and universities in China is at the initial stage, and there are some problems in the aspects of subject coordination, organization mode, operation management and so on. Review of the existing collaborative innovation research literature found that the ecological perspective of innovation can better reveal the relationship between the subject, the characteristics of the subject, inter-agent operation, and so on. The research object of this paper is the collaborative innovation platform of industry colleges and universities. From the perspective of ecology, this paper has carried on the following research: first, through the research to the university collaborative innovation related literature, The main body of the cooperative innovation system includes universities, enterprises, scientific research institutions and the government. Based on the analogy analysis between the collaborative innovation system and the natural ecosystem in colleges and universities, it is concluded that it has the ecological characteristics of competition, symbiosis, parasitism and the flow of matter and energy. On this basis, from the ecological point of view, this paper analyzes the function of the main body involved in the cooperative innovation system in colleges and universities, the interrelation between the main bodies, the system characteristics, and so on, and constructs the operation diagram of the cooperative innovation ecosystem. Secondly, the operation data of 4 national industry collaborative innovation centers are coded and analyzed by taking root theory. The open coding, spindle coding and selective coding of case data are accomplished by the cooperation of three master's degree students. The nine fields are collaborative innovation environment, center construction, scientific research, talent training, discipline development, operation management, internationalization, etc. Collaborative innovation and operational outcomes. Then the components are divided into six levels by the canonical model to form the organizational structure and the core value chain of collaborative innovation ecosystem. The same initial category number and different initial category number in the coding process are compared and analyzed. Four cases were obtained in the process of operation similarities and differences. On this basis, through the comparative analysis of four cases, the paper summarizes the characteristics of collaborative innovation ecosystem in five aspects: scientific research organization, personnel system, resource allocation and sharing, talent training and international communication. Supplement and revise collaborative innovative ecosystem diagram. Finally, through the comparative analysis of many cases, it is concluded that the cooperative innovation ecosystem is mature and characteristic in the fields of scientific research organization, personnel system, resource allocation and sharing, international communication and talent training. The design principles of collaborative innovation platform and the operation and management of cooperative innovation ecosystem in colleges and universities are put forward.
