【摘要】：學科資源影響著高校學科教育水平高低,是教學質(zhì)量的長期發(fā)展的關(guān)鍵因素。借助于科學技術(shù)手段及政策制度進行高校學科資源的評估,全面提升高校學科資源質(zhì)量,形成健康有序的高校資源建設(shè)系統(tǒng)。創(chuàng)新型評價指標體系的構(gòu)建要明確學科資源內(nèi)在屬性和可持續(xù)發(fā)展要求,配合全方位的評價指標和多層次的監(jiān)管機制,確保評價指標體系的平穩(wěn)有序開展。著眼于學科未來應(yīng)用發(fā)展趨勢,建立與之相適應(yīng)的學科資源發(fā)展架構(gòu),促進創(chuàng)新性評價因素的展現(xiàn),最終借鑒評價結(jié)果實現(xiàn)高校學科資源的合理配置,完成高校人才符合社會應(yīng)用要求的最終目標。
[Abstract]:Subject resources affect the level of subject education in colleges and universities, and are the key factors for the long-term development of teaching quality. With the aid of scientific and technological means and policy system, the subject resources of colleges and universities can be evaluated in order to improve the quality of subject resources and form a healthy and orderly system for the construction of university resources. In order to ensure the smooth and orderly development of the evaluation index system, it is necessary to define the inherent attributes of the subject resources and the requirements of sustainable development in the construction of the innovative evaluation index system, and cooperate with the omnidirectional evaluation index and the multi-level supervision mechanism to ensure the smooth development of the evaluation index system. With a view to the development trend of discipline application in the future, we should set up a suitable framework for the development of subject resources, promote the display of innovative evaluation factors, and finally use the evaluation results for reference to realize the rational allocation of subject resources in colleges and universities. To achieve the ultimate goal of meeting the social application requirements of university talents.
