【摘要】：作為轉(zhuǎn)型主體的新建本科院校,其目標(biāo)定位為應(yīng)用型高校已逐步形成共識(shí)。此類(lèi)高校肩負(fù)著培養(yǎng)各類(lèi)應(yīng)用型人才的重要使命,且被賦予普通教育、職業(yè)教育和繼續(xù)教育的多重屬性,因此也被部分教育行政官員和學(xué)者稱之為中國(guó)新型大學(xué)或新型應(yīng)用型本科院校。從現(xiàn)實(shí)的情況來(lái)看,新型大學(xué)之間乃至新型大學(xué)內(nèi)部人才培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)與規(guī)格的多樣化導(dǎo)致其教學(xué)模式的多樣化。因此,新型大學(xué)轉(zhuǎn)型發(fā)展也可以看作是基于應(yīng)用型人才培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)定位基礎(chǔ)上的以學(xué)生為中心的本科教學(xué)范式的變革。推進(jìn)新型大學(xué)建設(shè),應(yīng)樹(shù)立全面發(fā)展的人才質(zhì)量觀,對(duì)人才培養(yǎng)模式、教學(xué)模式進(jìn)行多樣化的探索,并堅(jiān)持以學(xué)生為中心的辦學(xué)理念,從行政管理、學(xué)校文化、社會(huì)環(huán)境等方面采取強(qiáng)有力的改革舉措,提高教育教學(xué)質(zhì)量和辦學(xué)水平,推進(jìn)新型大學(xué)逐步走向卓越。
[Abstract]:As the main body of transformation, the new undergraduate colleges and universities have gradually formed a consensus. These colleges and universities shoulder the important mission of cultivating all kinds of applied talents, and are endowed with the multiple attributes of general education, vocational education and continuing education. As a result, some educational administrators and scholars call Chinese new universities or new applied undergraduate colleges. In reality, the diversification of talent training objectives and specifications among new universities and even within new universities leads to the diversification of their teaching modes. Therefore, the transformation and development of new universities can also be seen as the transformation of student-centered undergraduate teaching paradigm based on the orientation of applied talents training objectives. In order to promote the construction of new university, we should set up an all-round development view of talent quality, probe into the talent training mode and teaching mode, and insist on the student-centered idea of running a school, from the administrative management to the school culture. Social environment and other aspects of the strong reform measures to improve the quality of education and teaching and the level of running schools, promote the new type of universities gradually to excellence.
