【摘要】：建成一批世界一流大學(xué)和一流學(xué)科已成為今后一段時(shí)期我國(guó)高等教育發(fā)展與改革的重點(diǎn)任務(wù)。從世界大學(xué)排名的視角,通過(guò)對(duì)"雙一流"建設(shè)與高校師資隊(duì)伍建設(shè)關(guān)系的分析,闡釋了師資隊(duì)伍建設(shè)在"雙一流"建設(shè)過(guò)程中的重要作用。在此基礎(chǔ)上,通過(guò)與世界一流大學(xué)師資隊(duì)伍建設(shè)的對(duì)比分析,在"雙一流"建設(shè)的背景下,提出我國(guó)高校師資隊(duì)伍建設(shè)實(shí)踐的創(chuàng)新建議。
[Abstract]:It has become a key task for the development and reform of higher education in China to build a group of world-class universities and disciplines in the future. From the perspective of the ranking of world universities, this paper analyzes the relationship between the construction of "double first-class" and the construction of teaching staff in colleges and universities, and expounds the important role of the construction of "double first-class" in the process of construction of "double first-class". On this basis, through the comparative analysis with the construction of the world first-class university teachers, under the background of "double first-class" construction, this paper puts forward some innovative suggestions on the practice of the construction of the teaching staff in our country's colleges and universities.
