【摘要】：素質(zhì)教育作為地方高校的重要任務(wù)和重要課題,關(guān)乎地方高校的人才培養(yǎng)與大學(xué)生的成長,關(guān)乎地方高校的辦學(xué)質(zhì)量,應(yīng)該受到高度重視。地方高校素質(zhì)教育的現(xiàn)場創(chuàng)新不夠,其中重要的一點就是沒有將素質(zhì)教育置身于大學(xué)組織文化的影響來思考。當(dāng)前,地方高校組織文化的建設(shè)為創(chuàng)新其素質(zhì)教育提供很好的思路與契機(jī)。有鑒于此,地方高校務(wù)必要主動將素質(zhì)教育置于大學(xué)組織文化視角思考和探索,重點做好大學(xué)生素質(zhì)教育理念、內(nèi)容與方式的創(chuàng)新發(fā)展,力求形成大學(xué)組織文化與素質(zhì)教育創(chuàng)新發(fā)展的互動態(tài)勢,構(gòu)建與完善適應(yīng)大學(xué)組織文化發(fā)展的大學(xué)生素質(zhì)教育長效機(jī)制。
[Abstract]:Quality education, as an important task and subject of local colleges and universities, is related to the cultivation of talents and the growth of students in local colleges and universities, and to the quality of running schools of local colleges and universities, and should be highly valued. The field innovation of quality education in local colleges and universities is not enough, among which the important point is that the quality education is not placed in the influence of university organizational culture to think. At present, the construction of organizational culture in local colleges and universities provides a good idea and opportunity for innovation of quality education. In view of this, local colleges and universities must take the initiative to put quality education in the perspective of university organizational culture to think and explore, and focus on the innovative development of the concept, content and way of quality education for college students. This paper tries to form the interactive situation of the innovation and development of university organizational culture and quality education, and to construct and perfect the long-term mechanism of college students' quality education which adapts to the development of university organizational culture.
