【摘要】:近年來政府非常重視“提高就業(yè)質(zhì)量”,尤其伴隨社會對就業(yè)質(zhì)量的關(guān)注度不斷提高,有關(guān)就業(yè)質(zhì)量方面的研究也日漸增多,但研究對象各異,其中以大學畢業(yè)生就業(yè)質(zhì)量的研究為最,這是因為大學生這一群體的就業(yè)問題不僅關(guān)系著個人的發(fā)展,也關(guān)系到國家的未來。本文以已有的研究成果為支撐來編制就業(yè)質(zhì)量評分表,并通過對畢業(yè)生非專業(yè)素質(zhì)方面的調(diào)查,運用多元回歸分析和穩(wěn)健性分析等方法對影響就業(yè)質(zhì)量的非專業(yè)素質(zhì)因素做分析,得出對大學畢業(yè)生就業(yè)質(zhì)量有影響的因素,從非專業(yè)素質(zhì)角度給出對策建議,以求實現(xiàn)大學生就業(yè)質(zhì)量的提高。對河南省大學生就業(yè)質(zhì)量的實證研究結(jié)論如下:(1)大學畢業(yè)生就業(yè)存在勞動報酬走低、工作時間延長、學習培訓質(zhì)量難保證以及職業(yè)發(fā)展不清晰等問題;(2)大學生的思想道德素質(zhì)、心理素質(zhì)、能力素質(zhì)以及創(chuàng)新素質(zhì)的有關(guān)內(nèi)容會對就業(yè)質(zhì)量產(chǎn)生顯著的正向影響。根據(jù)結(jié)論,本文根據(jù)非專業(yè)素質(zhì)的內(nèi)涵,分析了當前大學生非專業(yè)素質(zhì)方面存在的諸多問題,比如:思想道德素質(zhì)不高、心理素質(zhì)欠佳、能力素質(zhì)不足和創(chuàng)新能力薄弱等,并在此基礎(chǔ)上,提出了提升其非專業(yè)素質(zhì)的對策。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the government attaches great importance to "improve the quality of employment, especially with the social quality of employment increasing attention on the quality of employment is also increasing, but the research object is different, the research on the employment quality of college graduates for the most, this is because the employment problems of this group of college students is not only related to the individual the development, is also related to the future of the country. Based on the existing research results for the compilation of the employment quality scale, and through the investigation of the graduates of non professional quality, non professional quality factors using multiple regression analysis and robustness analysis method to affect the quality of employment analysis, factors of the employment of university graduates have affected the quality of non professional quality, recommendations from the perspective of the countermeasure in order to achieve the quality of College Students' employment of university students in Henan province. To improve employment quality. Research conclusions are as follows: (1) the employment of university graduates has lower labor remuneration, working time, training and learning problems and difficult to guarantee the quality of occupation development is not clear; (2) the students' Ideological and moral quality, psychological quality, ability quality and innovation quality of the relevant content will have a significant positive impact on employment according to the quality. Conclusion, according to the connotation of non professional quality, the analysis of non existence of many problems, such as the professional quality of College Students Ideological and moral quality is not high, poor psychological qualities, ability is not enough and innovation capability is weak, and on this basis, puts forward countermeasures to enhance its non professional quality.
