【摘要】：價(jià)值觀是對(duì)社會(huì)、對(duì)事物以及對(duì)人的總體看法,體現(xiàn)了一種價(jià)值取向和價(jià)值追求,從根本上影響著社會(huì)的發(fā)展方向和個(gè)人的道路選擇。所以在當(dāng)代的社會(huì)背景下,弘揚(yáng)價(jià)值觀的教育和踐行具有至關(guān)重要的意義。大學(xué)生是民族和國(guó)家未來的希望,他們正處于價(jià)值觀形成和確立的時(shí)期,在這一關(guān)鍵時(shí)期,強(qiáng)化大學(xué)生的價(jià)值觀教育就顯得格外重要。大學(xué)校訓(xùn)體現(xiàn)著一所學(xué)校的古往今來,是對(duì)大學(xué)主導(dǎo)的價(jià)值觀的表外呈現(xiàn)。所以,在高校有必要加強(qiáng)對(duì)校訓(xùn)的重視度,使校訓(xùn)倡導(dǎo)的價(jià)值觀真正地融入學(xué)生的心中,并成為學(xué)生走出學(xué)校融入社會(huì)以至于影響一生的精神財(cái)富。本文旨在從大學(xué)校訓(xùn)的核心價(jià)值觀入手,采用文獻(xiàn)研究法、枚舉法以及歸納法,對(duì)選取的部分高校的校訓(xùn)進(jìn)行了細(xì)致具體的分析和探究。先是從校訓(xùn)的涵義入手,解釋了各種字典以及國(guó)內(nèi)學(xué)者們對(duì)“校訓(xùn)”一詞的定義。還有對(duì)核心價(jià)值觀的概念界定以及自己對(duì)校訓(xùn)核心價(jià)值觀的理解,即是在一系列校訓(xùn)的價(jià)值觀中,具有穩(wěn)定的特性,能在總體中起主導(dǎo)和引領(lǐng)作用的價(jià)值取向。然后通過對(duì)部分高校校訓(xùn)歷史的了解,發(fā)現(xiàn)高校校訓(xùn)具有時(shí)代特殊性、相對(duì)穩(wěn)定性、語言凝練性和價(jià)值導(dǎo)向性的特點(diǎn),以及挖掘出了校訓(xùn)所呈現(xiàn)出的精神實(shí)質(zhì),即彰顯大學(xué)的價(jià)值追求、提倡嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)?shù)目茖W(xué)態(tài)度和培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的道德素質(zhì)。以及在對(duì)部分高校校訓(xùn)內(nèi)容研究的基礎(chǔ)上,總結(jié)了校訓(xùn)所具有的核心價(jià)值取向,即是自強(qiáng)不息、厚德載物、止于至善、求實(shí)創(chuàng)新和知行合一。這五個(gè)價(jià)值取向?qū)ε囵B(yǎng)我們正確的價(jià)值觀甚是重要,是我們當(dāng)代社會(huì)和個(gè)人所需要的。其次著重分析了大學(xué)校訓(xùn)核心價(jià)值觀對(duì)我們的啟示,即從經(jīng)濟(jì)、政治、社會(huì)、文化和生態(tài)五個(gè)角度,具體闡述了五種核心價(jià)值取向?qū)ξ覀兊漠?dāng)代價(jià)值,對(duì)于發(fā)揚(yáng)我國(guó)中華民族傳統(tǒng)美德以及構(gòu)建和諧美好的生態(tài)環(huán)境等具有非常重要的作用。但高校校訓(xùn)的核心價(jià)值觀發(fā)揮作用是緩慢的一個(gè)過程,是一個(gè)潛移默化的過程。針對(duì)此問題,本文試圖通過從理論、社會(huì)、學(xué)校、家庭和個(gè)人等層面加強(qiáng)聯(lián)系,重視對(duì)校訓(xùn)核心價(jià)值觀的宣傳力度、加強(qiáng)個(gè)人對(duì)校訓(xùn)核心價(jià)值觀的接受及踐行能力等。全文以我國(guó)對(duì)教育和人才的重視為背景,以培養(yǎng)大學(xué)生正確的價(jià)值觀為主要內(nèi)容,探究幫助大學(xué)生樹立和踐行正確價(jià)值觀的多種途徑,為我國(guó)社會(huì)主義核心價(jià)值觀和“五位一體”的建設(shè)提供良好的保障。祖國(guó)未來的建設(shè)需要人才,需要優(yōu)秀的大學(xué)生,高校的管理者應(yīng)明確自身的職責(zé),社會(huì)和家庭也應(yīng)該加強(qiáng)引導(dǎo)作用,學(xué)生個(gè)人也應(yīng)該重視對(duì)校訓(xùn)的踐行。
[Abstract]:Values are the overall view of society, things and people, which embodies a value orientation and value pursuit. It fundamentally affects the direction of social development and individual choice of road, so in the contemporary social background. It is of vital significance to carry forward the education and practice of values. College students are the hope of the future of the nation and the country. They are in the period of the formation and establishment of values, in this critical period. It is especially important to strengthen the value education of college students. The university motto reflects the history of a school, is the appearance of the values dominated by the university. In colleges and universities it is necessary to strengthen the importance of the school motto, so that the values advocated by the school motto truly integrate into the students' hearts. This paper aims to start with the core values of the university motto, and adopt the methods of literature research, enumeration and induction. The selected part of the university motto of the detailed analysis and exploration, first from the meaning of the school motto. It explains various dictionaries as well as the definitions of the term "school motto" by domestic scholars, as well as the definition of the concept of core values and their own understanding of the core values of school motto, that is, in a series of school motto values. With stable characteristics, can play a leading and leading role in the value orientation. Then through the understanding of the history of some colleges and universities, we find that the university motto has the particularity of the times, relatively stable. The characteristics of language conciseness and value orientation, as well as the excavation of the spiritual essence of the school motto, that is, to highlight the value pursuit of the university. On the basis of the research on the contents of some university motto, this paper summarizes the core value orientation of the school motto, that is, self-improvement, virtue and material. These five value orientations are of great importance to the cultivation of our correct values. It is the need of our contemporary society and individual. Secondly, it analyzes the inspiration of the core values of the college motto to us, that is, from the economic, political, social, cultural and ecological perspectives. This paper expounds the five core value orientations to our contemporary value. It plays a very important role in carrying forward the traditional virtues of the Chinese nation and building a harmonious and beautiful ecological environment, but the core values of the university motto are a slow process. It is a subtle process. In view of this problem, this paper attempts to strengthen the contact from the theoretical, social, school, family and personal levels, and attach importance to the propaganda of the core values of the school motto. Strengthen the personal acceptance and practice of the core values of the school motto, etc. The full text is based on the emphasis on education and talent in our country, and the main content of this paper is to cultivate the correct values of college students. This paper explores various ways to help college students establish and practice correct values, and provides a good guarantee for the construction of socialist core values and "five in one" in our country. The future construction of the motherland needs talents. In need of excellent college students, the administrators of colleges and universities should make their own responsibilities clear, the society and family should also strengthen the guiding role, and the students themselves should also attach importance to the practice of the school motto.
