【摘要】：隨著國(guó)家漢語(yǔ)推廣戰(zhàn)略的推進(jìn)，教育國(guó)際化的趨勢(shì)日益顯著，越來(lái)越多的中國(guó)大學(xué)生，特別是對(duì)外漢語(yǔ)類(lèi)專(zhuān)業(yè)的大學(xué)生走出國(guó)門(mén)實(shí)習(xí)。各大高校紛紛爭(zhēng)建海外實(shí)習(xí)平臺(tái)，積極拓展海外實(shí)習(xí)渠道，卻忽略了對(duì)海外實(shí)習(xí)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行積極有效的管理，對(duì)某些海外實(shí)習(xí)的渠道情況掌握得不全面，，對(duì)海外實(shí)習(xí)項(xiàng)目中存在的某些風(fēng)險(xiǎn)認(rèn)識(shí)不清，甚至在有些環(huán)節(jié)上任其自然，缺乏監(jiān)督。 本文希望通過(guò)對(duì)管理現(xiàn)狀的研究，分析存在的問(wèn)題及原因，嘗試提出解決方案，努力促使學(xué)校規(guī)范海外實(shí)習(xí)管理，保障海外實(shí)習(xí)學(xué)生的權(quán)利，最終實(shí)現(xiàn)海外實(shí)習(xí)項(xiàng)目最大化地推動(dòng)學(xué)校國(guó)際化發(fā)展的目的。
[Abstract]:With the promotion of national Chinese promotion strategy, the trend of education internationalization is becoming more and more obvious. More and more Chinese college students, especially those majoring in Chinese as a foreign language, go abroad to practice. Universities and colleges have been scrambling to build overseas internship platforms and actively expand overseas internship channels. However, they have neglected to carry out active and effective management of overseas internship projects, and have not fully grasped the situation of some overseas internship channels. Some risks in overseas internship programs are unclear, even in some links, lack of supervision. This paper hopes to analyze the existing problems and reasons through the study of the current situation of management, try to put forward solutions, and try to urge the school to regulate the management of overseas internships and protect the rights of overseas students. Finally, the purpose of the overseas internship project is to maximize the internationalization of the school.
