【摘要】：對外漢語教師是對外漢語教學的直接參與者,是各項教學任務的完成者和最終實現(xiàn)者,在對外漢語教學中發(fā)揮著舉足輕重的作用。然而,在實際教學中我們發(fā)現(xiàn),目前漢語的教學質(zhì)量和教學成果還不盡如意,遠遠不能滿足漢語迅速發(fā)展的需要。教師的無效教學行為時有發(fā)生,因此提高教師的課堂有效教學行為就顯得尤為重要。本論文根據(jù)筆者在陜西師范大學兼職近一年的教學經(jīng)驗以及筆者在此期間所了解的最真實的資料為依據(jù),通過對陜西師范大學國際漢學院的師生在導入、手勢、以及提問三個環(huán)節(jié)進行問卷調(diào)查以及訪談,通過對教師和學生問卷調(diào)查的對比分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)師生在這些教學行為上存在的差異,從而給教師一些啟示,優(yōu)化自己的教學行為。論文共分為七個部分。第一部分為緒論,主要是對課堂教學行為的概念、教學行為的分類、研究現(xiàn)狀、研究意義、研究內(nèi)容和方法進行論述。第二部分是對問卷調(diào)查的說明,筆者主要從調(diào)查的目的、調(diào)查對象、調(diào)查的設計與實施以及調(diào)查結(jié)果四個方面進行說明。第三部分是教師課堂有效教學行為的理論依據(jù),主要從建構(gòu)主義理論和馬斯洛的需要理論兩個方面來闡述。第四部分是導入行為,主要從導入的定義以及對課堂導入的調(diào)查分析進行闡述,最后提出對教學的反思。關(guān)于課堂導入筆者主要調(diào)查了導入頻率、導入時長、教師和學生對導入作用的認識以及導入方法這四個方面。第五部分是手勢,筆者主要闡述了手勢的定義和手勢與課堂教學的關(guān)系、手勢的問卷調(diào)查以及分析,在手勢的問卷調(diào)查分析上,筆者主要調(diào)查了手勢的使用、對手勢作用的認識、手勢方式的固定與自由以及手勢在語音教學中的具體使用四個環(huán)節(jié),最后通過問卷調(diào)查的結(jié)果提出對教學的反思。第六部分是提問行為,筆者主要從提問的定義、關(guān)于提問的問卷調(diào)查以及對教學的反思三個方面展開,筆者主要從問題的分配、提問后等待的時間、問題的形式三個方面對提問行為的有效性進行調(diào)查。第七部分是總結(jié),主要是對研究的過程進行回顧,并提出了研究的意義和不足之處,最后提出了對研究的展望,希望能夠給對外漢語教師提供借鑒。
[Abstract]:Teachers of Chinese as a foreign language are the direct participants in teaching Chinese as a foreign language, as well as the finalists and implementers of various teaching tasks, and play an important role in the teaching of Chinese as a foreign language. However, in the actual teaching, we find that, At present, the quality of Chinese teaching and teaching results are not satisfactory, far from meeting the needs of the rapid development of Chinese. Teachers' ineffective teaching behavior occurs from time to time. Therefore, it is particularly important to improve the effective teaching behavior of teachers. This paper is based on the author's part-time teaching experience of nearly one year in Shaanxi normal University and the truest information the author has learned during this period. Through the questionnaire survey and interview to the teachers and students of Shaanxi normal University International Han College in the introduction, gesture and question, through the comparative analysis of teachers and students questionnaire survey. The paper is divided into seven parts. The first part is the introduction, mainly about the concept of classroom teaching behavior. The second part is the explanation of the questionnaire survey, the author mainly from the purpose of the investigation, the object of investigation, The third part is the theoretical basis of teachers' effective teaching behavior. Mainly from constructivism theory and Maslow's need theory. The fourth part is the introduction behavior, mainly from the definition of the introduction and the classroom introduction of the investigation and analysis. Finally, the author puts forward the reflection on the teaching. The author mainly investigates the frequency of the introduction, the duration of the introduction, the teachers and students' understanding of the role of the introduction and the method of the introduction. The fifth part is the gesture. The author mainly expounds the definition of gestures and the relationship between gestures and classroom teaching, the questionnaire survey and analysis of gestures. In the questionnaire analysis of gestures, the author mainly investigates the use of gestures and the understanding of their functions. The fixed and free gestures and the specific use of gestures in phonetic teaching are four links. Finally, through the results of the questionnaire survey, the author puts forward the reflection on teaching. The sixth part is questioning behavior, the author mainly from the definition of questioning, The author mainly investigates the effectiveness of questioning behavior from three aspects: the distribution of the question, the waiting time after the question, and the form of the question. The seventh part is a summary. This paper reviews the process of the research, points out the significance and deficiency of the research, and finally puts forward the prospect of the research, hoping to provide a reference for teachers of Chinese as a foreign language.
