【摘要】：在對(duì)外漢語教學(xué)中，語言教學(xué)與文化教學(xué)可謂相輔相成，相互制約文化教學(xué)可以激發(fā)學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)興趣，促進(jìn)語言交際能力的提高高校所處的地域本身就是學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)和運(yùn)用漢語的環(huán)境，因而，把地域文化教學(xué)融入到對(duì)外漢語教學(xué)中，將會(huì)對(duì)學(xué)習(xí)者語言水平的提高起到推動(dòng)作用 云南有著毗鄰東南亞南亞的區(qū)位優(yōu)勢(shì)，具有獨(dú)特的地域文化資源，因而吸引著大量的留學(xué)生到云南高校學(xué)習(xí)漢語同時(shí)學(xué)習(xí)中華文化云南文化本文從本地資源開發(fā)利用的角度入手，通過分析云南高校對(duì)外漢語文化課教學(xué)的現(xiàn)狀（包括課程設(shè)置情況課堂教學(xué)情況和教材使用情況），，闡述將茶文化融入云南對(duì)外漢語教學(xué)的意義，并提出了有關(guān)茶文化教學(xué)內(nèi)容和方法的一些建議
[Abstract]:In the teaching of Chinese as a foreign language, language teaching and culture teaching can be said to complement each other, mutual constraints on cultural teaching can stimulate students' interest in learning. To promote the improvement of language communicative competence, the region in which colleges and universities are located is the environment for students to learn and use Chinese. Therefore, the teaching of regional culture is integrated into teaching Chinese as a foreign language. It will promote the improvement of learners' language level. Yunnan has a regional advantage adjacent to Southeast Asia and South Asia, and has a unique regional cultural resources. Therefore, it attracts a large number of foreign students to study Chinese and Chinese culture in Yunnan colleges and universities. This paper starts with the development and utilization of local resources. By analyzing the present situation of teaching Chinese as a foreign language in Yunnan colleges and universities, including the course setting and the use of teaching materials, this paper expounds the significance of integrating tea culture into Yunnan foreign language teaching. Some suggestions on the teaching contents and methods of tea culture are put forward.
