【摘要】：成人教育是我國教育事業(yè)的重要組成部分,為經(jīng)濟社會發(fā)展培養(yǎng)了大批知識全面、經(jīng)驗豐富、技能過硬的勞動者。但目前由于生源持續(xù)萎縮,成人高校面臨生存發(fā)展的巨大挑戰(zhàn)。本研究通過對江西省內(nèi)成人高校進行調(diào)研,了解目前成人教育生源困境的真實狀況,通過鉆石理論分析成人教育生源萎縮的原因,并提出應對策略。
[Abstract]:Adult education is an important part of education in our country. It has trained a large number of workers with comprehensive knowledge, rich experience and excellent skills for the development of economy and society. However, due to the continuous decline of students, adult colleges and universities are facing the enormous challenge of survival and development. Based on the investigation of adult colleges and universities in Jiangxi Province, this study finds out the real situation of the current plight of adult education students, analyzes the causes of the decline of adult education students through diamond theory, and puts forward some countermeasures.
