【摘要】：滿意度是衡量開放大學(xué)辦學(xué)質(zhì)量與服務(wù)的重要指標(biāo),是通過加權(quán)計(jì)算學(xué)生對其辦學(xué)與服務(wù)質(zhì)量、價(jià)值等不同方面的感知與其期望值相吻合的程度,并由此導(dǎo)致的后續(xù)行為等滿意程度的一種指數(shù)概念。本研究基于"人的感知驅(qū)動人的行為"滿意度構(gòu)建原理,在文獻(xiàn)分析、調(diào)查訪談和專家會議法基礎(chǔ)上,形成了基于學(xué)生需求結(jié)構(gòu)的滿意度模型假設(shè),并通過Mplus工具進(jìn)行了模型檢驗(yàn)和擬合評價(jià),最后構(gòu)建了基于需求結(jié)構(gòu)的開放大學(xué)學(xué)生滿意度因果關(guān)系模型,并計(jì)算出了各關(guān)鍵因素對滿意度的影響程度以及各變量之間的影響效應(yīng)。這種基于學(xué)生需求結(jié)構(gòu)的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化、可操作性的評價(jià)指標(biāo),有利于建立開放大學(xué)以學(xué)生為中心的全面質(zhì)量評價(jià)體系與改進(jìn)措施。
[Abstract]:Satisfaction is an important index to measure the quality and service of running an open university. It is the degree to which the students' perception of the different aspects of running a school and the quality of service, value and so on are consistent with their expectations through weighted calculation. And the resulting follow-up behavior, such as satisfaction, is an exponential concept. Based on the theory of "people's perception-driven behavior", based on literature analysis, investigation and interview, and expert meeting method, this research forms a satisfaction model hypothesis based on the structure of students' needs, which is based on the analysis of the literature, the investigation and interview, and the expert meeting. Finally, an open university student satisfaction causal relationship model based on demand structure is constructed, which is based on the Mplus tool to test and fit the model. The influence degree of each key factor on satisfaction degree and the influence effect of each variable are calculated. This kind of evaluation index, which is based on the standardization and maneuverability of the students' demand structure, is beneficial to the establishment of the student-centered total quality evaluation system and the improvement measures in the open university.
