【摘要】：成人教育期刊要明晰自身價值和定位,在傳播成人教育學(xué)術(shù)、引領(lǐng)成人教育科研、搭建同行交流平臺、指導(dǎo)成人教育實(shí)踐、服務(wù)成人教育決策等方面切實(shí)發(fā)揮作用;進(jìn)一步以期刊辦刊宗旨為指引,不斷提高成人教育類刊文的比重,凸顯成人教育專業(yè)特色;各成人教育期刊一方面要專注于成人教育學(xué)的細(xì)分領(lǐng)域辦出特色、形成品牌,另一方面需要加強(qiáng)協(xié)作、協(xié)同提高辦刊水平,以提高學(xué)術(shù)影響力;要轉(zhuǎn)變辦刊思路,變被動為主動,積極通過改進(jìn)理事會、編委會工作,注重青年學(xué)者培育等途徑加強(qiáng)作者隊(duì)伍建設(shè);要加強(qiáng)成人教育期刊的內(nèi)部管理制度建設(shè),建立健全基于編輯人員工作特點(diǎn)的激勵約束機(jī)制,強(qiáng)化其使命感和責(zé)任感,提高其編輯業(yè)務(wù)水平和成人教育科研水平。
[Abstract]:Adult education journals should clarify their own value and orientation, play a role in spreading adult education academic, leading adult education scientific research, building peer exchange platform, guiding adult education practice, serving adult education decision-making and so on. Further guided by the purpose of periodical publication, we can continuously improve the proportion of adult education articles and highlight the specialty characteristics of adult education. On the one hand, each adult education journal should focus on the subdivision of adult pedagogy and form a brand. On the other hand, it is necessary to strengthen cooperation and improve the level of magazine management in order to improve academic influence. We should change the thinking of running the journal, change the passivity into the initiative, actively strengthen the construction of the author team through the improvement of the board of directors, the work of the editorial committee, and the emphasis on the cultivation of young scholars. It is necessary to strengthen the construction of the internal management system of adult education periodicals, to establish and perfect the incentive and restraint mechanism based on the work characteristics of editors, to strengthen their sense of mission and responsibility, and to improve their editing professional level and adult education and scientific research level.
