我國工程職業(yè)發(fā)展的問題與建制——基于“工程師認(rèn)知調(diào)查”的數(shù)據(jù)分析

【摘要】:工程職業(yè)的形成是近代以來的事情,工程職業(yè)化發(fā)展也成為工程技術(shù)創(chuàng)新重要的職業(yè)制度基礎(chǔ)和保障。本論文通過對(duì)我國工程師進(jìn)行問卷調(diào)查等實(shí)證研究方式,指出工程師對(duì)相關(guān)工程職業(yè)制度、技術(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和倫理規(guī)范認(rèn)識(shí)不清,自我認(rèn)同度不高和職業(yè)歸屬感不強(qiáng)等問題,提出推進(jìn)工程教育認(rèn)證國際化,促進(jìn)工程職業(yè)協(xié)會(huì)自治,加強(qiáng)工程倫理教育,制定并完善工程倫理規(guī)范等對(duì)策建議,以加強(qiáng)我國工程職業(yè)化發(fā)展,推動(dòng)工程技術(shù)創(chuàng)新。
[Abstract]:The formation of engineering profession is a matter of modern times, and the development of engineering professionalization has also become an important professional system foundation and guarantee for engineering technology innovation. Based on the questionnaire survey of engineers in China, this paper points out that the engineers do not have a clear understanding of the relevant engineering professional system, technical standards and ethical norms, the degree of self-identity is not high and the sense of professional belonging is not strong, and so on. Countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to promote the internationalization of engineering education certification, promote the autonomy of engineering professional association, strengthen engineering ethics education, and formulate and perfect engineering ethics norms in order to strengthen the development of engineering professionalism and promote engineering technological innovation in China.
