【摘要】：農(nóng)村社區(qū)教育主要存在政府主導(dǎo)、學(xué)校主導(dǎo)與自主生長三種類型。政府主導(dǎo)型憑借政府的行政優(yōu)勢與巨大的集體行動力量,有利于重建現(xiàn)代農(nóng)村的信仰、藍(lán)圖與公平,但它難以深入個體靈魂與鄉(xiāng)土文化領(lǐng)域,從而易演變?yōu)樾姓母綄傥�。學(xué)校主導(dǎo)型利用學(xué)校的教育資源優(yōu)勢,使農(nóng)村社區(qū)教育富有現(xiàn)代意義,但它缺乏必要的社會心理與文化根基,難以承擔(dān)農(nóng)村社區(qū)教育的全部職能。自主生長型尊重個體的生命活力與基層的自組織性,從而使其具有民族性、多元性與鄉(xiāng)土性文化底色,但它不易跟上現(xiàn)代文化的時代節(jié)奏,難以形成一個現(xiàn)代農(nóng)村學(xué)習(xí)組織。"自主—學(xué)�！鐣�"整合類型,試圖聚焦諸類型的優(yōu)勢,凝聚政治的、生命的與文化的合力,創(chuàng)造一個自主、科學(xué)與聯(lián)動的學(xué)習(xí)共同體。其行動選擇是:采用立足基層、尊重鄉(xiāng)土、滿足需要的策略,啟動基層的自組織力量;以小學(xué)為基地布局農(nóng)村社區(qū)教育,整合社區(qū)內(nèi)所有教育資源;以法律的形式界定政府的責(zé)任,包括提供條件保障、咨詢與情報服務(wù)、持續(xù)性支持與監(jiān)督等。
[Abstract]:There are three main types of rural community education: government leading, school leading and self-growth. Depending on the government's administrative advantage and great collective action power, the government-dominated type is conducive to the reconstruction of the belief, blueprint and fairness in modern rural areas, but it is difficult to penetrate into the field of individual soul and local culture, thus it is easy to evolve into an adjunct to administration. Taking advantage of the educational resources of the school, the school-based education makes the rural community education have modern significance, but it lacks the necessary social psychological and cultural foundation, so it is difficult to undertake the whole function of the rural community education. The independent growth type respects the vitality of the individual and the self-organization of the grass roots, so that it has the characteristics of nationality, pluralism and local culture, but it is not easy to keep up with the times of modern culture and is difficult to form a modern rural learning organization. " The integration type of autonomy, school and society tries to focus on the advantages of various types, to unite the political, life and cultural forces, and to create an autonomous, scientific and interactive learning community. The choice of action is to adopt the strategy of basing on the grassroots, respecting the local land, meeting the needs, starting the grass-roots self-organizing force, distributing rural community education based on primary school, integrating all the educational resources in the community; Define government responsibilities in the form of laws, including provision of conditions, advice and intelligence services, continuous support and supervision.
