【摘要】：普通高等學(xué)校(以下簡稱高校)繼續(xù)教育是我國高等教育的重要組成部分,是學(xué)校人才培養(yǎng)和服務(wù)社會的重要形式。發(fā)展高校繼續(xù)教育既是建設(shè)人力資源強國和創(chuàng)新型國家的要求,也是完善終身教育體系、建設(shè)學(xué)習(xí)型社會的迫切需要。我國幅員遼闊,不同的省市內(nèi)的情況各不相同。西部地區(qū)由于特定的區(qū)域經(jīng)濟發(fā)展、政策因素、地理環(huán)境和思想觀念等方面的制約,總體的發(fā)展水平較低。重慶市作為西部地區(qū)唯一的直轄市,位于經(jīng)濟發(fā)達的東部地區(qū)與資源豐富的西部地區(qū)的結(jié)合部。隨著新時期國家戰(zhàn)略的出臺,重慶市在西部發(fā)展中的重要地位更加突現(xiàn),快速的經(jīng)濟發(fā)展對人才、技術(shù)、知識與創(chuàng)新提出了更高的需求,在這一背景下,加強重慶高校繼續(xù)教育改革與發(fā)展的研究,具有重要的現(xiàn)實意義。本研究通過理清高校繼續(xù)教育的基本概念、特征等相關(guān)理論問題,在汲取國內(nèi)外研究成果的基礎(chǔ)上,運用文獻分析、實證調(diào)研相結(jié)合等方法,立足重慶市實際,對重慶四所不同類型的普通高校進行問卷調(diào)查和訪談?wù){(diào)查,調(diào)查主要圍繞三方面:一是各校繼續(xù)教育改革的現(xiàn)實基礎(chǔ);二是改革的社會需求分析;三是各校當(dāng)前的改革情況和滿意度。本研究力求客觀反映重慶市普通高校的繼續(xù)教育改革現(xiàn)狀、存在的問題和面臨的困境,并在此基礎(chǔ)上提出相應(yīng)的對策建議。希望通過本文的寫作,引起更多學(xué)者對高校繼續(xù)教育的重視,以重慶為例,為西部省份高校繼續(xù)教育的發(fā)展與改革提供新思路。
[Abstract]:Continuing education in colleges and universities is an important part of higher education in our country and an important form of training talents and serving the society. The development of continuing education in colleges and universities is not only the requirement of building a powerful country of human resources and an innovative country, but also the urgent need to perfect the system of lifelong education and to build a learning-oriented society. Our country has a vast territory and the situation is different in different provinces and cities. The overall level of development in the western region is low due to the constraints of specific regional economic development, policy factors, geographical environment and ideology. As the only municipality directly under the Central Government in the western region, Chongqing is located in the junction of the economically developed eastern region and the resource-rich western region. With the introduction of the national strategy in the new era, Chongqing's important position in the development of the western region has become more prominent. The rapid economic development has put forward a higher demand for talent, technology, knowledge and innovation. It is of great practical significance to strengthen the research on the reform and development of continuing education in colleges and universities in Chongqing. In this study, by clarifying the basic concepts, characteristics and other related theoretical problems of continuing education in colleges and universities, based on the research results at home and abroad, using the methods of literature analysis, empirical research and other methods, based on the reality of Chongqing. Questionnaires and interviews were conducted in four different types of colleges and universities in Chongqing. The investigation mainly revolved around three aspects: first, the realistic foundation of the reform of continuing education in each school, the second, the analysis of the social needs of the reform; Third, the current reform of schools and satisfaction. This study tries to objectively reflect the current situation, problems and difficulties of the continuing education reform in Chongqing's ordinary colleges and universities, and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions on this basis. It is hoped that through the writing of this article, more scholars will attach importance to the continuing education in colleges and universities, and take Chongqing as an example to provide a new way of thinking for the development and reform of continuing education in western provinces.
