【摘要】：農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化是現(xiàn)代農(nóng)村發(fā)展的首要問題。通過職業(yè)教育與培訓(xùn)使農(nóng)民工轉(zhuǎn)變成"新型職業(yè)農(nóng)民",這是實現(xiàn)我國農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化的重要途徑。農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化對"新型職業(yè)農(nóng)民"綜合能力素質(zhì)提出了高要求,而發(fā)達國家農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化進程中對農(nóng)民的職業(yè)教育與培訓(xùn)對我國農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化具有重要的借鑒意義。為此,通過實施"在農(nóng)"、"為農(nóng)"和"離農(nóng)"職業(yè)教育,有利于有力地推進我國農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化的進程。
[Abstract]:Agricultural modernization is the primary problem of modern rural development. Through vocational education and training, migrant workers can be transformed into "new type of professional peasants", which is an important way to realize agricultural modernization in China. Agricultural modernization has put forward high requirements for the comprehensive ability and quality of "new type professional farmers", and the vocational education and training of farmers in the process of agricultural modernization in developed countries is of great significance for reference to the agricultural modernization of our country. Therefore, through carrying out vocational education of "in agriculture", "for agriculture" and "leaving agriculture", it is advantageous to push forward the process of agricultural modernization in our country.
