【摘要】：文章在新常態(tài)背景下審視我國高校繼續(xù)教育,發(fā)現(xiàn)其處于關(guān)鍵機遇期與生存挑戰(zhàn)期并存、公眾價值弱視與社會實踐認同并存、政策性失衡與市場性傾斜并存的困境場域中。據(jù)此,要突破高校繼續(xù)教育發(fā)展"瓶頸",就應(yīng)當(dāng)洞察高等教育新常態(tài),向機遇要發(fā)展;抓住市場競爭新常態(tài),以成敗論英雄;適應(yīng)政策變化新常態(tài),用質(zhì)量求生存。
[Abstract]:Under the background of the new normal, this paper examines the situation of continuing education in colleges and universities in China, and finds that it is in the difficult field of coexistence of critical opportunity period and survival challenge period, coexistence of public value amblyopia and social practice identity, coexistence of policy imbalance and market inclination. Therefore, if we want to break through the "bottleneck" of the development of continuing education in colleges and universities, we should have insight into the new normal of higher education and develop to the opportunity, seize the new normal of market competition, discuss the hero with success or failure, adapt to the new normal of policy change and strive for survival with quality.
