【摘要】：改革開放以來,隨著培智教育事業(yè)迅猛發(fā)展,智力殘疾人職業(yè)高中教育也逐漸發(fā)展起來。本文重點依據(jù)智力殘疾學生總在校生人數(shù)、高中階段在校生人數(shù)和培智學校數(shù)量的發(fā)展,同時結合國家重大教育政策節(jié)點以及智力殘疾人職業(yè)教育研究文獻的發(fā)展趨勢,將智力殘疾學生的職業(yè)高中教育發(fā)展過程大體分為醞釀(1978-1985)、緩慢發(fā)展(1986-2006)和加快發(fā)展(2007至今)三個階段,并分析了各階段的主要特征。建議未來通過加強特殊教育立法,引領、規(guī)范、促進和保障智力殘疾人職業(yè)高中教育更好更快發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, with the rapid development of intellectual education, the vocational high school education for the intellectual disabled has gradually developed. This paper focuses on the development of the total number of students with intellectual disabilities, the number of students in high school and the number of schools for the mentally handicapped, as well as the development trend of the national major education policy node and the research literature on vocational education for the intellectual disabled. The development process of vocational high school education for students with intellectual disabilities is divided into three stages: brewing from 1978 to 1985, slow development from 1986 to 2006, and accelerating development from 2007 to present. The main characteristics of each stage are analyzed. It is suggested to strengthen special education legislation, guide, standardize, promote and guarantee the better and faster development of vocational high school education for intellectual disabled people in the future.
