【摘要】：在"互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+"背景下,研究成人高校教師課程知識(shí)培養(yǎng)中遇到的問題,究其原因,提出相應(yīng)對(duì)策,并進(jìn)行實(shí)踐研究,是實(shí)現(xiàn)成人高等教育目標(biāo)、踐行終身學(xué)習(xí)理念的有益探索。成人高校教師課程知識(shí)培養(yǎng)中出現(xiàn)的問題主要集中在課程目標(biāo)、課程設(shè)計(jì)、課程實(shí)施和課程評(píng)價(jià)等四方面。針對(duì)這四個(gè)方面的問題,文章提出了分析學(xué)生的技能與知識(shí)起點(diǎn)、分析課程實(shí)施的背景、加強(qiáng)對(duì)事實(shí)性知識(shí)的學(xué)習(xí)、關(guān)注專業(yè)技能等對(duì)策。
[Abstract]:Under the background of "Internet", it is necessary to study the problems encountered in the training of adult college teachers' curriculum knowledge, investigate the causes, put forward the corresponding countermeasures, and carry out practical research, which is to achieve the goal of adult higher education. The beneficial exploration of practicing the concept of lifelong learning. The problems in the training of adult college teachers' curriculum knowledge mainly focus on four aspects: curriculum goal, curriculum design, curriculum implementation and curriculum evaluation. Aiming at these four problems, this paper puts forward some countermeasures, such as analyzing the starting point of students' skills and knowledge, analyzing the background of curriculum implementation, strengthening the study of factual knowledge and paying attention to professional skills.
