【摘要】：民國時期的云南民族教育是云南教育史上的重要組成部分,民國中央政府和云南省政府認(rèn)為發(fā)展民族教育可以促進(jìn)教育均衡化,培養(yǎng)少數(shù)民族群眾的國家認(rèn)同感以鞏固國防。故民國中央政府和云南省政府大力發(fā)展民族教育。本篇論文主要采用了文獻(xiàn)分析法、歷史分析法,對民國時期云南民族教育的政策、規(guī)模、組織管理、課程設(shè)置等方面進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)的梳理和分析。本文分五個部分論述。第一部分為云南民族教育的起步(1906-1928),主要追溯民族教育的緣起,以及此時期的規(guī)模和課程設(shè)置。第二部分為民族教育的發(fā)展(1928-1942),主要內(nèi)容包括民族教育的政策支持與組織管理、規(guī)模層次、學(xué)校類型以及相關(guān)的課程設(shè)置。第三部分為民族教育的停滯(1942-1949),分析了民族教育停滯的原因及表現(xiàn),并從國家認(rèn)同的角度分析了學(xué)校教育中的課程設(shè)置以及學(xué)生服務(wù)抗戰(zhàn)的活動。第四部分主要探討云南民族教育得到發(fā)展的原因:民初教育基礎(chǔ),通過教育培養(yǎng)邊民的國家認(rèn)同、鞏固國防達(dá)成共識,充足的經(jīng)費來源,政策支持。第五部分是對民國時期云南民族教育發(fā)展概況的評價,包括民族教育教育的特點及存在的問題。
[Abstract]:Yunnan ethnic education in the period of the Republic of China is an important part in the history of Yunnan education. The central government of the Republic of China and the Yunnan Provincial Government believe that the development of ethnic education can promote the equalization of education and foster the national identity of the minority people in order to consolidate national defense. Therefore, the central government and Yunnan Provincial Government vigorously develop ethnic education. This paper mainly uses the literature analysis method, the historical analysis method, carries on the systematic analysis and the analysis to the Yunnan nationality education policy, the scale, the organization management, the curriculum and so on in the period of the Republic of China. This paper is divided into five parts. The first part is the starting point of Yunnan ethnic education, mainly tracing the origin of ethnic education, and the scale and curriculum of this period. The second part is the development of ethnic education. The main contents include policy support and organization management, scale level, school type and related curriculum. The third part is the stagnation of ethnic education from 1942-1949, analyzes the reasons and manifestations of the stagnation of ethnic education, and analyzes the curriculum in school education and the activities of students serving the War of Resistance against Japan from the point of view of national identity. The fourth part mainly discusses the reasons for the development of ethnic education in Yunnan: the foundation of education in the early Republic of China, the cultivation of the national identity of the border people through education, the consolidation of national defense reached consensus, adequate funding sources, policy support. The fifth part is the evaluation of the development of ethnic education in Yunnan during the Republic of China, including the characteristics and problems of ethnic education.
